Me and my family love Nando's since the first take way shop opened in Ealing Common in 1992ish... we obviously are a family of Nandians (Obsessively) we have been almost every single chain in London. What I have encountered yeasterday in East Putney is very special.
The staff were so relaxed and very welcoming (great start) meal ordered (easy and smooth transaction) the restaurant was filled with family vibe (how did they do that i do not know, All what I know is I feel like I was at home) then there come my order (liver) who ever cooked it, he/ she need to be interviewed and asked how he/she cooked it so he/she can train the rest of the chain... It was exeptional.... As much as I love Nando's this was something else... After demolishing my plate, I exited the restaurant where I met the manage outside, thanking eveyone for coming (what? Where I am?) I thank him for his service then before I walked away he said to me, 'Sir, I am happy you enjoyed you night, if you have any suggestions to better our service please do lets us know...' I told him what I experienced from his taff was on point and thank him for creating the special atmosphere in there. We thank each other, I was away looking forward to visiting that same restaurant with my whoke friends and family.
I truly thank you guys.

Always 5*. Been here too many times to count. Need to bring back the great imitator wrap though, as I'm not going as often due to this. This branch is a lot better than the Wimbledon branch which I've been to twice, where the tables are practically on top of one another and they don't let you sit upstairs during non peak hours.

Customer Quality-Ometer ? Mild, Bland, Medium, Not Very Hot Service, Peri Poor, Peri Peri Poor Quality
I sent a detailed complaint about our experience to Nando?s head office, and six days later, no one has even bothered to reply. It seems their customer service is just as disappointing as the food ? definitely not very hot service! Peri peri poor!
We?ve been loyal Nando?s customers since the first branch opened in Putney back in 1997/1998, when they welcomed us with a complimentary full chicken. Tonight?s experience, however, was far from the high standards we once enjoyed and was honestly appalling.
The chicken was burnt and dry, with absolutely no flavor. The chips arrived hard, cold, and riddled with large black spots ? completely inedible. The garlic bread was a joke, resembling a burnt bun with only the faintest hint of garlic, something a 10-year-old could easily replicate. The halloumi was overcooked to the point of being a charred, tasteless mess. And to top it all off, we attempted to eat the Portuguese natas, but they were just lumps of dough with no flaky pastry ? clearly made with cheap ingredients and an absolute waste of money.
For a meal costing £70, every single element was done badly. It begs the question ? what exactly are we paying for? Certainly not quality. It?s evident that Nando?s has lost its commitment to providing great food, despite charging premium prices.
Nando?s HQ often responds to negative feedback with the same old message about passing it on to the Putney team, but it?s obvious that nothing changes. This lack of care for customers, especially long-standing ones, is disappointing. After the pandemic, you would expect more effort to win back loyalty and deliver exceptional quality. This experience was anything but memorable, and we?re left questioning if it?s worth returning at all ? certainly not for £70.

First time ever trying the infamous Nandos and was waiting for my food for almost 30 minutes while everyone else ate and finished. I even went to check on what was taking long 15 minutes in and it seemed they forgot about my order they said 2-3 minutes and it still ended up being about another 10ish minutes. Food was lukewarm from waiting. Hoping the next time I go to a Nandos it lives up to its acclaim.

Worst nandos I've ever been to food was awful dry unflavoured, plus Manager was more interested in getting herself ice cream than helping customers walk right past me, service was even worse I can't believe I spent 18 pound on this plus I can hear staff screaming having a conversation in the back please don't come here bread tasted like it had been microved not crispy or. Tasty all never coming here again .. absolutely appalling behavior ????

Very good nandos and one of the best ive been to. A worker named Flavio took care of me and my friends with excellent and polite service. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good place to eat??

I am never using Nando?s Putney again.
We walked up to collect an order for three of us.
We got home and one of the orders was missing.
I called and they said I should walk back or pay for
Deliveroo!! (we are a half mile away). I would have
to walk to their restaurant again (!) while family ate as
I didn?t want them to suffer from Nando?s lack of customer
service, their mistake and negligence.
They wouldn?t credit my credit card for a refund as I paid cash.
Juan the manager was so unhelpful and no apology.
Useless all round!
