Arrogant and unprofesseional staff, Tina and her team today harrassed me.. Tina gave me wrong info then didn't want to do the return because I proved her wrong. Her team then decided not to help to please her. One of them actually hit my hand when I was trying to take a photo of the device they had as a proof to send it to customer services. H&M clearly chooses their staff to be rude, abusive and stupid. I am going to report this abusive and unacceptable behaviour to the police and to H&M head office to check the CCTV.

Bag was left in the fitting room to get another shirt size (20 second walk max!) When my mother went back to the fitting room, her bag was gone. They said no CCTV cameras are pointed at that direction (understandably) so there was nothing that could be done. We?d started contacting the police. Moments later my mother went back to finalize her shopping, and the kind manager informed her bag was found hidden in one of the racks (!)
Pretty dodgy to shop there; although nice lady manager offered her help.

Do not buy from this store. An awful 14 days return policy with no exceptions whatsoever.

What?s the point in staying open until 7 if your changing rooms shut before 6pm? Waste of time, won?t bother going in again

Customer Services has definitely gone down in the H&M store in Putney Used to be a very pleasant store to shop. Not very friendly Service received for the third time when I have visited this store. And one of the two women serving on the till today smelt strongly of BO. Not pleasant to have to smell when paying for goods purchased in a clothes store.

Nice shop, but on Saturday despite the official closing time being 19.00, the fitting room was closed from 18.15, when I asked member of staff why it's closed so early, response was "there's too much mess there, that s why"....

Just came all the down here looking for something specific as it's says only in this shop left in stock and it's actually NOT! Came for nothing so far. Unbelievable!!

There is very little staff and a small amount variety of clothes. Plus, none of the tills work. Hope it gets better

I received an email to collect an item at this store. A rude worker told me that it wasn't ready yet otherwise I would have received a code to open the click and collect locker. I asked her to find the manager only to find that the manager was even more rude and irresponsible. Looking back at other reviews, I'm not the only person to complain about the manager's attitude.
He repeated what the worker had said to me, so I asked him to look in every single locker.
He was reluctant at first but eventually agreed, after I called customer service.
After more than 20 mins, he found it in the back of the store, as I realised the reason why my item wasn't in a locker was because it was too large. There was no apology.
I don't see how a store can be successful with such a horrible manager.

I?ve never experienced having a dressing room curtain be opened while I was inside. A member of staff (older brown woman with a bun) opened the curtain while I was inside and immediately rushed off, without an apology. I spoke to a member of the team on the shop floor and he advised I confront the woman in question. What an unusual way to handle a situation like this. Customers privacy should never under any circumstance be invaded. I left the shop feeling really uncomfortable and will never return again.
