Very thorough and thoughtful approach from Dr Selina during my three year old son?s appointment. He isn?t a big fan of the doctors surgery but we managed to get through the appointment without any meltdowns!

Beware !!! Do not register!!! Very unresponsive, completely not caring and useless GP, Always slow and not knowing what is going on, constantly with no appointments. On regular basis have problems with repeated prescriptions.

HHMC has been my GP for 30 years, (or thereabouts as I am 30! And I remember the practice when it was down the road) I?ve always received the best care and advice. Even with the updated triage system, I find responses extremely efficient and have an answer back within hours. In fact I actually find it easier to be able to just write what is the matter so I can get a clear and concise reply about next steps- if it requires a telephone consultation or blood test they send an easy link to book that in. I have seen many drs/phlebotomists at the practice and they have been incredibly kind, professional and nurturing. A special shout out to Dr Staples who has been a constant for me for a while but also a special shout out to all the other Drs who have also given me fantastic medical advice throughout the years and through the triage. You do incredibly well and I am so grateful for all the care you have given me and my children. 5* would always recommend x

Never had a practice be so unprofessional and given such bad advice, my 10 month old son has had issues with passing stools, causing severe nappy rash, and cream they issued, said not to use on open wounds or cracked skin (which doctor was shown he had open wounds), when brought up with doctor, was told, "all creams say that", then told " don't use it then" and not given another option!!All the reception staff look down on you, claiming every problem is our fault, and never take ownership!!Constantly told to fill forms in online, after phone ringing for a minimum of 15minutes, once answered and explaining symptoms, told to do it all again online, crazy!!

Tricky to get a face to face appointment but once I had an appointment then checking in was easy. I was called with 5 minutes and the GP I saw was caring, very thorough and professional. Medication and x-ray ordered there and then.

A minor procedure was needed and whilst it proved a bit difficult and painful, it went smoothly and quickly and my GP was really considerate and completed it successfully.
