DON'T use this shop to pick up parcels.I went to collect an Evri parcel. The man behind the counter stayed on his video call the entire time, and did not acknowledge my presence for the first couple of minutes (nobody else in the shop) whilst I stood in front of him waiting to be served. He then just pointed at a bin full of random parcels beside the counter, which I had to root through myself. He begrudgingly scanned my parcel code without saying a word, and did not check my name or ID, so I could have walked out with multiple parcels that did not belong to me. This place is NOT secure.I have alerted Evri to this security risk.

I struggle to understand why people offer a service but have absolutely no manners whatsoever! It?s free to be polite and kind! Quite frankly I?m surprised this shop is able to sustain a business! People should just stop going into this shop as they don?t deserve to be part of the local community!! What a waste of space!

Nice small local shop with a good variety of wines. Also, you can send and collect your parcels here. No problem with that.

Would love to know what makes the staff in this place so angry and unhelpful and rude. Surely life can't be that bad but to call me a liar and be so dismissive of everything, snatching packages and being incredibly miserable all the time, they need to change their lives if it is so awful. I actually DREAD going here I will actually now look to walk another half a mile to a mile to pick up or return from now on after this being the final straw after 3.5 years.

Just vile, vile people running this shop. So unnecessarily rude. I have had to go twice this week, both times to send parcels, and one thing is for certain, I will NOT be going back. I would rather drive out of my way than go back to this place that treats people with such disgust. I was served by two different men and both of them were just as rude as each other. Avoid at all costs. I like to support independent business, but in this instance, with a Sainsbury?s not 100m away, I know where I?ll be taking my business in future.

I absolutely dread going into this horrible shop and will go out of my way to avoid doing so. Unfortunately i had to collect a parcel today and what a disgusting experience like EVERY other time. The men running this shop are rude, unhelpful and all round gross. As a very small example i asked the man if he had a bin to put my rubbish from the parcel label in, he said no take it outside. Then the man behind me asked to use the bin he said of course leave your rubbish there I will sort it. Shouldn't be working anywhere near customer service. Vile people.

Extremely rude every time I have been there to drop off or collect parcels. I've been ignored, had people served ahead of me, grunted at, eyes rolled at me, pointed at and generally been made to feel extremely unwelcome. My wife has received even worse treatment from all 3 of the men that have served us over the past few months. Absolutely avoid this shop if at all possible.

Staff was rude on more than one occasion. One time they scanned my parcel (I received the ?thank you for collecting? email instantly) but refused to hand it to me saying ?it didn?t scan?. Took me 10 mins of arguing to receive it. Wonder how much they make from that scam.

What a horrible rude man. He didn't want to return my parcel and kept saying that it was the wrong shop. I showed him the address and said "Is this not your address?" He pushed me on the side to attend other clients and after insisting several times he gave me a bag to pack it myself and took it.

Appears I?m not the first person to report on this but the man in the shop refused to take an Evri return.I?ve reported to Evri in the hope they?ll remove this shop from their available locations.

Extremely rude man. I went in to return an Amazon parcel, I have not done this before with a QR code and needed explanations, which this extremely rude man didn't want to give and was making very clear that he was very fed up and uninterested. Does he know the meaning of 'customer service' I doubt it. In the end, it was another customer who helped me!

Extremely Terrible service!! Avoid going to this shop at all costs. They refused to return my parcel for no reason at all even thoughtThe van driver wanted to help me and take my parcel. I had my parcel thrown at me in the shop. The men are extremely rude especially to a women and their behaviour is unexceptable. This will be reported futher then Google reviews. They shouldn?t be allowed to run this shop if they are that rude to customers.
