I nornally dont leave reviews, but I feel like Yoga ? Tabish deserve some props and recognition. Was in the store today and overheard them dealing with a situation. They were being extremly sweet and polite to the custoner they were dealing with. When I heard this man telling them to go back to wherever they from (he didnt look english either and im spanish myself), couldnt help but speak up. The customer and I got in a little heated argument? Meanwhile Yoga ? Tabish remain calm and the kindest, de escalating the situation and explaining discretly to me that the customer was dealing with some mental health issues and to let it go. I appreciate your kindness to that man and to everyone else in that store! You guys dealt with it exceptionally, showing empathy and a warm heart! I am local and will be regular just beacuse of you two. Hospitality can be tough, keep up the good work guys!

There were many customers at 8:00 in the morning, and the breakfast roll the clerk provided me was lukewarm. I stood by for 3 minutes and asked him to heat it up for me, but she refused.

The store manager frank was very rude and I got a to good to go order which I had plenty of times and he refused to change some items due to an allergy. Previously I was able to do so but he was very unprofessional and aggressive

Tea was hastily wrapped in a bag and poor quality cup which caused it to leak everywhere all over my floor, but even if it wasn't, they didn't add any milk to it. Bacon rolls was stone cold, don't understand how this can be the case when delivering straight after opening. Bacon must have been reused from the previous day.

I would of been able to give a rating if there was actually food cooked to buy, so Many times I've been here in the last weeks and they have nothing cooked or ready and seem understaffed. Today they have no pizzas atall to even cook.
