Rudest staff ever, came in at 6:30pm I understand it?s half an hour before closing but there is no acceptable excuse to speak so rudely and aggressively and slam the tongs once you put the pastry in bag. Unbelievable attitude.

Many times not opened schedule?
According to your stated hours of operation, the premises were scheduled to open at 06:30, but did not open until 06:42 .
This delay caused inconvenience as I had planned my visit accordingly. I value punctuality and reliability in service, and I was disappointed by the lack of adherence to your stated hours.

Supervisor made the women at the front do everything while she chatted out the back with her mate
3 staff and i waited 17 mins for a coffee

Five stars for the lovely Victoria. Been delighted to have gotten my lunch from Greggs recently purely bc she always wishes me a good day and always smiles, it?s nice to receive friendly service and Victoria is smashing it! ??

Terrible Greggs, especially in the mornings I come in just before work and they are either always understaffed or there are 3 people working and no one is serving. It doesn?t take 3 staff to take food out a oven maybe have 2 serving and one at the back instead of 3 people at the back and a bunch of building up customers that are soon to be late to work.

Worst customer service. Every morning I used to go for my breakfast and there is a woman at the counter who is totally impatient and very rude to the customers. This made me change from Greggs to Black Sheep coffee. Far better mornings!

I work in the area and I go in for lunch regularly and there are never any sausage rolls and most of the time there's barely any choice left as they've always run out so I often go elsewhere. A few of the staff are also very rude.

Shelves are always empty. Asked how long for a margherita pizza slice, been told 10 mins, came back after 10 minutes to find no pizzas, asked for the time again to see the woman go at the back to only put 4 slices now that I reminded her, setting the timer to 7 mins and telling me with non chalance, it'll take 5 mins. Outrageous!!

Today morning I went this Greggs to buy some pastries there?s two staff behind the counter couple of customers on the Q and I join in the Q when I approach the cashier she not welcome me I asked her to get couple of pastries she was replied me rude and she didn?t even listen me. I asked tow chicken pastries and one muffins the muffin is not good and smells bad ?the staff lady who served me she gave me the faulty damage pastry and the sauce was leaking out of the bag and like dirty disgusting ? I asked the lady the staff to change and give a good one she was turned on me very aggressive manner and refused me then she served another customer. After she took that pastry out from the bag and wipe the bag and pastry with Hand ?again put in the different bag and try to give me back the same pastry ?. I was shocked the way she served me I asked her to give another one she?s not happy and the next lady staff also interfere and insulted me badly. The both black female staff they don?t wear name badge and not clean uniforms and look not fresh look dirty uniform and angry mood. I did asked the lady name who served me she shouted me and not given her name and the second women game and said me she?s the manager and her name is Valary and she said that the other staff who served me she don?t need to give the name to me. It?s very disrespectful the way they treating customers and the company must take a immediate response for this issue. I can see all the customers complaining about the service and the food quality. Believe the Greggs will understand the value of customers.

I had a terrible experience with Lidia at this branch. She was incredibly rude and impatient throughout the whole interaction. Instead of trying to help, she seemed more interested in lecturing me about how she was ?doing us a favor? by following the terms and conditions of Greegs. I had a deal in place with O2, but Lidia either couldn?t or wouldn?t read the agreement properly, and I ended up paying full price for something I shouldn?t have. Her unprofessionalism and lack of understanding were beyond frustrating. Avoid dealing with her if you can.
