I don't know if this pizza place place is under New Management, but the owner is incredibly rude. Do not order, the orders are incorrect, late, im suspicious the food is not fresh. My suspicion didnt allow me to end up eating the food i was really looking forward to.

Scum bags robbed me off £50 and laughed I. My face claiming they can?t help with online orders. Made me replace the order in branch and watched it do the same thing again. Been onto the head office and they claim this isn?t the first time this has happened in the branch. Avoid

I never leave negative reviews, but this will be the last time I order from Domino?s Pizza. I ordered three pizzas so no one would have to cook after a long day ? my dad had to go to the hospital in an emergency. The delivery driver never rang the doorbell. We were all home. I did receive a phone call, but it was flagged as spam by my phone and marked as a known scam number, so I didn?t answer.
Fifteen minutes later, I got a message saying the pizza had been delivered. I called the store and spoke to a girl who was clearly annoyed ? which I can understand. I apologized and explained that nobody rang the bell and that the only call I received came up as a scam. She responded rudely and said they would resend the pizzas once another driver was available, as there was none at the moment.
About 40 minutes later, I called again to ask if the pizzas were on their way. She told me no, and that we had wasted their time, that I was not at home, and that they had photo evidence the driver had been there. Again, I apologized and said that was not my intention at all, that we were all home and that the only call I received came up as a spam/fraud warning. She was very rude and unhelpful. I told her that if they weren?t going to send the pizzas, then at least please issue a refund.
In the end, it took two hours to get the pizzas. The second delivery driver was kind and professional. I explained the situation, showed him the call flagged as spam, and he was surprised ? he said he would report it to the store. I thanked him and apologized again for the inconvenience.
Unfortunately, the pizza was inedible. Out of the three pizzas, we barely ate one ? and only because it was the only food we had for dinner.
Sorry, Domino?s, but this was the last time I?ll be ordering from you. And again I am sorry to all the personal if they felt I made them lose the time. This was never and never be the intention.

Horrible dominos never ordering again. They don?t listen apparently they know it was our fault even if you tell them you ordered the correct order

I used to be a regular customer, but unfortunately, Domino?s in Putney has gone completely downhill. The pizzas were once fantastic, and deliveries were always quick, but now the quality has dropped significantly. There are fewer toppings, and the pizzas are either overcooked or undercooked. It feels like something has changed, maybe new management? Either way, we won?t be ordering from here again.

Pizza took an entire hour to deliver to my address, which is half a mile away! Arrived cold and disgusting and delivery guy was awful.
Terrible experience yet again. Will avoid from now on.

So I ordered a Korean chicken wrap and got some rolled up chilli tomato and cheese pizza! Service was next to non-existent, people who just wanted to knock off shift or a family run business with no idea about hospitality. Still filled a hungry gap in my stomach, hence 3 stars for the food.
