I came in on Saturday looking for a very specific type of shoe (after trying them on in another store). I couldn?t remember the type of shoe, however, after explaining what I was after and needed, the worker Taha (I believe is his name) was super helpful. He listened to what I needed, was attentive and very friendly. The interaction and exchange was very pleasant and he clearly has fantastic customer service skills. If you?re in the store, be sure to ask for him!

Poor customer service. Agree with others, they can?t care less. The lady by the till just stare at her phone. A couple of guys did minimum but fulfilled their duties.

I recently purchased a beautiful pair of shoes for my wife from Clarks in Putney, and I couldn?t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked into the store, with my two kids, we was warmly welcomed by the staff. They went above and beyond, not just in helping me find the perfect pair, but also in making my children feel right at home. The team offered them such thoughtful attention, and to top it off, they were each given a dinosaur colouring activity, which absolutely made their day. It?s rare to find such genuine customer service paired with a family-friendly atmosphere. We?ll definitely be returning!

Bought a pair of wallabees for myself last week. Amazing service and I felt like I was being looked after very well and they offered me an amazing shoe care that I didn?t even know I needed!

I had a great experience thanks to Asila, who was incredibly helpful and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed, all while staying friendly and patient. Her knowledge about the products and her warm personality made shopping at Clarks such a pleasant experience. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. Clarks Putney is lucky to have someone like Asila on their team!

Shop at Clarks Putney consistently for the past 18 years and have always been treated nicely. The service, as always has been impeccable. I remember shopping for my upcoming vacation with the intention of purchasing 2 wallabies and found myself purchasing 4. The Manager's sales pitch was above and beyond. I spent all that money and left happy. Can you possibly imagine, how's that?

Good selection of kids shoe but service needs overhaul
Purchased 5 shoes over past 4-5 months for our toddler, always challenging to get attention of staff who prefer to chat and congregate around the register than even acknowledge customers, mostly applies to the middle aged guy as well as lady on register who seem to set the lack of interest approach to all more junior staff

I went here a few weeks ago. I waited ages to be helped then was told that they did not have my size in most of the shoes I liked. The staff did not seem interested in helping.

The rudest service! The guy was nice at the beginning but didn't seem to care very much and literally turned his back to us once we'd paid, I had more questions but decided not to ask them as all staff crowded round the till in a circle with backs to everyone chatting

I went to this store yesterday for the whole night and today I?m regret?. I wish I would?ve gone! the manager called Gina or whatever she?s so disrespectful loud, obnoxious she have no manners being so rude to customer and also to the staff I feel bad for one of their staff in front of so many customers she were being rude shutting at her? I will never gonna cross this store only because of her attitude manners and being disrespectful person (Gina) she don?t deserve to be manager I would personally not choose her to be a manager never???
