For 1 tabled a day for 17 days ,allergy hay fever tablets ...
They dis not even gave me the whole box .
I won't be back here .

Gone down hill massively. Slow, often closed as understaffed/ on break, rarely have the medication and often can't even order in from their suppliers. Avoid at all costs.

I spoke to the pharmacist Manish and he was extremely helpful and understanding. I have been suffering with balance problems and my GP didn't seem to understand what the issue was. Manish was able to provide me with a deeper understanding of what could be causing my balance issues and then upon returning to see him he explained in a manner I could understand the medication and what it will do. Something my GP should have done but didn't.

I had a bright red rash on my leg I went to see Manish and Sue, they both looked at the bright red rash, and Manish advised me to go and get medical assistance NOW!!!, which I did, I went straight up
Kingston Hospital to find out I had Cellulitis, and had to be put on it antibiotics, so thank you to Manish for sending me straight up

This is one of the worst experiences you can have there !!! All those staff members are super duper slow ..! Always out of stock medicine !! I was waiting for 40 mins just to speak to a pharmacist !!! And the end they are still busy and can?t speak to me any longer!!!
I wish one day I can have my own pharmacy and show the people around how can make things better and more faster and smooth!!!!

Absolutely atrocious service at this . The staff were rude, incompetent, and completely unhelpful. Not only did they mess up my prescription multiple times, but they also had the audacity to blame me for their mistakes. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else for your medication needs.

Bad pharmacist working there today. Had a private prescription for a standard POM medication which I knew they had in stock as I had rang in earlier. When I went in, the lady pharmacist went to the back counted to 10 just to come out and say they do not have it. Pure laziness and unprofessionalism. Pure laziness to fulfill a private prescription.
