Convenient that the store is 24 hours, downside is that it's just across from a dilapidated estate where it's not uncommon to see security guards being threatened to be stabbed to death by lovely people in tracksuits while they hide a bottle of Lucozade down their trousers.
Workers often do not wear uniforms and the store is a mess during the evenings.
If you're looking for somewhere better to shop just keep driving down the A3 until you hit the Tesco superstore in New Malden.

Scan & Go is a Joke ? Stop Wasting Customers? Time!
I use Scan & Go to save time, but lately, I keep getting stopped for quality checks. It?s beyond frustrating! What?s the point of a self-checkout system if I?m treated like this every time?
I?ve been shopping at this store for 13 years, but this has made me start going elsewhere. Instead of wasting customers? time with these pointless checks, Asda should invest in better technology and improve security in a way that doesn?t punish honest shoppers. This system is a complete failure?it?s inconvenient, unfair, and makes the whole experience frustrating.

Best thing about this place is the timing. It's open 24 hours Monday to Friday and limited hours for the weekend. It helps you a lot when you need something urgent like baby milk or medicine. Large verity of products. Very friendly staff. I am a regular customer for the past 10 years. Never have a problem.

Security thinks they?re police or something? this shop was our go to shop for everything due to distance but we?ll definitely drive a couple more minutes next time to avoid the random check-point?

The toilets are horrid, almost every times I?ve been in this store one of the stools have been broken and not in use, it seems they haven?t been cleaned in years. Not to mention coming across a horrid lady the other week in the McDonald?s in this Asda, I sat down at a bench with my mother after helping her with her food shop for a New Year?s party we were having together and a lady who was at one of the ordering machines told us to get up as she was planning to sit there and that?s why she was standing near it (You weren?t love you were just using the only machine that was free at the time) my mothers a very lovely person and continued to stand up and apologise which I don?t agree with but again she is an extremely sweet lady and we moved to a different table as it was pretty empty (another reason as to why I didn?t understand why this women couldn?t have gone to a different table) and after we sat to eat our orders this disgusting woman began giving death glares to my mother. I am a particularly protective person when it comes to my lovely family as I happened to also be with my sister who is on the spectrum and not very mobile and my mothers partner who is partially blind. She made my experience here particularly uncomfortable and if I had been by myself I would?ve had words with her and only decided not to because I thought it was unfair for my sister to see that. Some people are so rude for no reason and I really hope she sees this so she can get her act together and stop acting like a child in a school canteen giving dirty looks to another person. My family did nothing wrong and some people really don?t know what the circumstances actually are.

Asda with a McDonald's ?. Their sales aren't that great like Clapham Junction Asda but still worth a 5 star rating as it's a 24 hours store...not the McDonald's though

Horrible store, this location was supposed to fill a delivery order. They booked the slot and then notified me that some items were not avaliable. Then the delivery window comes and goes, I get no notification that the order was canceled by ASDA. What atrocious service, can't even send an email that the order was canceled, can't offer a discount for another order. Not shopping here anymore.

Where do i start...the place is an absolute shambles. Lift has been out of order for months.....scan as you go should be called scan as you cant go. Several times the scanners are left at the tills so there are none for new customers...thats when its working.. no trolleys at all downstairs.

Well stocked reasonable prices, clean bathrooms and helpful staff. Plenty of parking and extended opening hours

Been using this 30 years and the last couple of years have been terrible, the queues at the tills are 15 deep most of the time ,they only open 3-4 tills ,the place looks a mess ,the managers don't seem the care ,

Used this Asda since 2005 when i was young.
Let down by security staff today that forced us to stop for checking receipt only when we leaving. Obviously nothing special or wrong.
He said because we left store within 45min. And the trolley will stop at the security gate.
Silly excuse.
Be honest and apologies if you made a mistake.
we won?t visit this branch again.
