I went to do my eyebrows yesterday and I left the shop very frustrated and dissatisfied.
First of all , there is always a different staff so u can?t never have the same services or quality . The girls most of them doesn?t have respect and they do what ever they want without ask and very unprofessional.
I paid being honest because I don?t want to create a problem but I DONT REALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL .!!!!
Just for an emergency because u never know
How ur face is going to look after . ???

I?ve been a few times to get my eyebrows threaded and most of the staff are very good, pay a good attention to detail and are quite reliable. I?ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes.

Went in here for the first time due to living really close I never felt so uncomfortable getting told when I asked her to do my eyebrows thinner I got told no I got told no again when I told her one is thicker than the other as a first time customer a customer should be treated with the respect they deserved I wasn?t respected at all her whole perception like she couldn?t be bothered at all the worst 7 pound iv ever spent on eyebrows it looks like my eyebrows was never touched she was banging on about my eyebrow pencil I told her not to worry about it I?m never going back here again use really need to consider your profession as you cannot deal with/ treat customers n a professional manner !!!

I went in to wax my top lip and was burnt with the wax which has resulted in me having a permanent scar under my nose I am so upset. I went back and was advised to rub aloe vera on it and that was all. I had to get angry just to get my money back that was the least they could have done considering I am left permanently scared.

First time I came I had no problem. The lady on the Saturday listen to exactly what I wanted and I left happy. I went back today (Sunday) and asked for my eye brows to be tidied, not thinned to keep the shape even showed a picture. I wanted to keep the volume and didn?t want the middle between my eyebrows touched. I closed my eyes and felt scissors and the area between my eye brows being threaded. I immediately asked her to stop several times and she continues to thin my brows. Asked me to look in the mirror and I could?ve cried. I now have two very different eyebrows which are going to take at least 3 months to grow back. I?m incredibly disappointed and would recommend the lady that works on a Sunday. She freestyled my eyebrows. I?ve added pictures of what I asked for and what I got

I always go to Sonias beauty for waxing. Renu is excellent. She does a thorough job and makes sure the area is fully clean. She is friendly and doesn't rush you. I would recommend her. Sonia madam is also very good.Service: Body waxing

BAD... I wished I had a look at the reviews before. First time and Last TIME here. I went for "full face" treading including my eyebrows. BIG MISTAKE. I explained what I want and I got one eyebrow tinner than other. When I told the young lady she became very defensive and she was trying to convince meby explaining that they have been like that when I came. What a joke ! No apologies, nothing. When I asked for the price ofcourse she charged me full price despite me being so upset and so unhappy with her service. I paid full price and didn't get a receipt. I don't think they believe in that. This "Bussines" should be closed ? They should be reported to the "Trading standards" ? One star is far too much. Be wise, please read the reviews and AVOID this place.Service: Eyebrow threading

This is the second time i have been here and the second time i have left in RAGE. Asked for my eyebrows to be tidied up and my shape not to be touched. The woman doing my eyebrows dident seam to know what she was doing i had to ask her to fix them 4 times as there was still hair everywhere but for some reason she couldent see them? Then she told me they are inside my skin she cant take them out. I got fed up and asked for a tweezer and sat infront of her and unplucked the hairs and showed her how to do it. Basically ended up doing half the job myself. Once i looked in the mirror one of my eyebrows was half gone. I showed them where they have ruined it from and claimed they cant see the problem but my work colleague noticed right away? Then had the cheek to request full payment. I will never go back here in my life and suggest people to avoid this. Would give 0 stars if i couldService: Body waxing

me and my sister got our eyebrows done here, I requested ONE eyebrow threading & tint for myself and ONE tint for my sister. my sister has never had her eyebrows done before, and she didn?t know what threading was before, the women automatically started threading her eyebrows and made them massively thinner and uneven she ALSO only completed ONE eyebrow after I told her that what she was doing was incorrect and we did not ask for that. my sister left the salon in disgust and cried when we got home. my eyebrows also wasn?t matching & the tint wasn?t the correct colour. I would NOT recommend this shop to ANYONE.Service: Eyebrow beautification

I have very bad experienced yesterday.i ruined my money.worse hair color and cut ever.she charged me 100 pound.All hair rollers were dirty.My hair broke with them and started headach.Bad customer service.
