Pizza Express is a chain so you know what to expect with the quality of food and this location met the standards by providing tasty food. But what really made this location stand out was the service. Each person who served us was extremely polite, helpful, and proactive. Food was good, but staff made it memorable!

Sad really. Good food but we did a £50 deal for 4 people, we had way more people than that and were happy to pay but when bill came they didn?t apply the discount. Service ok. Lots of outlets, but make sure you check your bill if you actually ask for the discounts they offer. Didn?t feel honest.

A bunch of us went in on Saturday 28th June at 2.45 but our pizzas didn?t get to our table till 3.40! The waitress out and out lied to us about the delay. First she said the ovens were playing up, then she said that when she took our order it didn?t electronically go through to the people that were making the pizza! She bought over some jugs of water but no glasses to drink from. We had to go to another table and get some. When the bill came we said we need a discount for the amount of time we waited and she replied ?do you? you only waited 20 minutes? The actual cheek of her! She took off the drinks we had (2 cokes and a strawberry drink) but in reality she should have at least taken one third off the total. Absolutely no customer service in this place. I will definitely NOT be eating here again.
