I have been coming to Kugi for a few months and I?m hooked. Ulgen honestly does the best nail designs. No matter what idea or inspiration I come to her with - she executes it effortlessly. I have had my nails done by Ulgen multiple times and have never had a bad experience-not only is she great at what she does but is also so fun and friendly! The Kugi shop is beautifully decorated, clean and has an overall great vibe and I couldn?t recommend it highly enough! The owners (Ulgen) years of experience show through her work and I particularly appreciate her patience and advice when I am struggling to choose a colour/design. 10/10 Ulgen, look forward to my next visit!Services: Sculpted nails

This is the best nail salon in Purley definitely! Before trying Kugi, I went to other nail salons in Purley and every time the nails were kind of done, I wasn?t happy about the quality but that was what you can get from your local nail salon. Then I went to Selsdon Nails and that was the worst experience ever, so after that I realised I have to try newly opened Kugi. And I?m so glad! After my nails (gel manicure) were done there, I couldn?t be happier- they lasted for 3 weeks without chipping or breaking. I always get the best advice for caring about my nails. And what?s important you can pay by card while all the other nail salons request cash only. Very professional and quality done nails as well as lovely time spent at Kugi with Ulgen, highly recommend. When a customer asks for pink, she doesn?t want pink, so why do the nails pink? Dirty salon, late nail technician and when the customer complains, the owners shames them and becomes abusive on Social Media. Avoid like the plague! Edited to add, the owner?s name is Ulgen, which is why there are two recent 5 star reviews on here in that name, to counteract the ones people are posting.Service: Manicure

I had gone to this parlour for a French manicure, eyebrows and waxing. While the lady who waxed my arms and legs was very professional, the lady who was doing my nails was anything but. She made me sit down for the nails appointment and midway asked me to step aside and sit for a while she finished up a client who had booked the time but had arrived late. Why would you agree to do my nails if you were to stop it midway for another client? I had to wait for half an hour with half done nails. I felt uncomfortable to ask her to increase the white tips. Not just that, she was highly unprofessional? she hurried everything. She literally just touched my eyebrows and lo and behold it was done? except it wasn?t. She had not cleaned my extra hair at all, it looked the same it did before, and I think the thread she was using was wrong because it felt very painful. The other lady who did my waxing noticed how I was unsatisfied and redid my eyebrows. I felt like it was the worst customer experience and felt like they were paying me to avail their services. Wouldn?t recommend. Please respect every customer equally especially if they trust you.EDIT: responding to your reply: I came on December 24th. The review was just written late. I?m not falsely accusing you.
