Before having my eyebrows microbladed they had little to no definition. I was fearful of undergoing a procedure and and getting brows I would be unhappy about and stuck with for months. Having received recommendations from 3 people who had their brows done by Katie, I confidently booked an appointment and I'm extremely happy that I did. My brows have brought back so much definition to my face without being "in your face" (pun intended!). I have been coming to see Katie for a year now and have to say I always receive the warmest if welcomes in a professional and friendly manner.I have had microblading and am now a regular for my LVL lash lift and tints. Getting my eyebrows microbladed is the best money I've ever spent. I am really happy with the colour and shape. They look natural but defined, I'm so pleased. I first attended a free consultation to talk about the process, and then booked my first session. I followed the aftercare advice provided by Katie and my eyebrows healed really well. I then had a follow up session that was included in the price which was scheduled about 6 weeks later. I've had loads of compliments on my brows but it's all thanks to Katie!Services: Eyebrows

Nice lady who runs the shop sadly my wife's micro blading lasted under 6 months even with the top up I very been reading up and it's meant to last 1-2 years. RE REVIEW REPLY: if she was told this I don't understand why you wouldn't have booked her in to do it again as the reason was down to covid restrictions and not tp any fault of her own it happened purely because you had no time to do it due to you being backdated with clients.Service: Microblading

Katie microbladed my brows, she did them 22 months ago before i had chemo, so i had them redone. She is very proffesional as well as friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced .

Not the place for eyelash extensions! Katie brushed my eyelashes way too hard during removal and I got a cut under my left eye. Emailed her a photo of the cut and never got a response or even an apology! My eyelids were also constantly hurt by the tweezer during the treatment (not sure if her technique was correct). I have eyelash extensions done regularly for the past 3 years and been to about 5 different salons but never experienced anything like this. The quality of the glue was also poor as the eyelashes were clumping few days after the treatment and I could see the solid whiteish glue on my lashes. Very shocking and disappointing as she mentioned she?s got more than 14 years of experience with eyelash extensions. Safe to say I won?t come back!Added a photo to show that my email was sent to Katie because she said she didn?t receive my email.. I doubt it went to junk as we communicated in the same email chain about rescheduling. Customer service does matter which is why I am spending my time to write this review so that other customers/potential customers are aware.Service: Eyelash enhancements

I previously wrote a negative review about this place but there seems to have been a mix up with communication. Since then I really appreciate the effort both Katie and kirsten went to in order to rearrange my appointment. They were both friendly and professional in there approach and I look forward to receiving my treatments.
