Very average food and especially the chips, I heard it's better than McDonald's but not really. Service was nice enough though.

Disgusting, better off with a burger from a funfair rather than paying £12 for a burger chips and drink here. Dirty looking chefs, over priced, fake food, dirty tables

Never busy in here which is good, because the food never takes too long.

Ordered a portion of sweet potato fries which were seriously overcooked. Whoever cooked them clearly doesn?t realise that they are not cooked as long as ordinary fries.
They were hard and not edible. Asked if they had Saracha, was told to mix the mayonnaise with hot pepper!!!! Which were both cheap and not tasty.
One of the staff took our plate and glasses without the manners to ask if we were finished.
The only working toilet has no toilet paper and there was urine all over the seat and floor. I would rather use the toilet in Tesco and that indicates how grim it was.
Then I was charged just under £12 for one portion of the sweet potato fries and two apple juices. Literally daylight robbery and the food and service were the worst,
Avoid this place at all costs.

Wow! That was the worse burger we have ever had in long time. Beef patty had very strange taste and smell. Texture was also awful. They also use worse kind of bun. Owners not welcoming people, quite grumpy. We will never eat at whimpy again.

Having survived half a century without visiting a Wimpy restaurant, I decided that fact needed to be rectified.
The restaurant was clean. Staff were polite, friendly, and efficient.
The food was delicious. I had the triple patty, chips, and mozzarella sticks. The burger was juicy and tasty. It was pricey, but you did get a lot of food for your money.
