The worst experience I had was with Vodafone! Let me explain the situation: I bought a brand new phone from them and still paying for it, I never used it till a week ago when I decided to plug in one of my sim cards and to my surprise, my sim card wasn't recognized by the phone then I tried another card and pop up the same error I tried to fix it by calling the operators or by looking guides but nothing worked so I decided to give it for repair and after a week of waiting they said it can't be repaired and there is physical damage which it's impossible when I didn't even use the phone and because I checked it a year after I bought it they don't want to replace it and also can't repair it. I do not recommend buying a new phone, unreliable.

Went for a pay-as-you-go SIM card. The staff were not bothered. They were on their phone. No communication as to why it was taking long. They just left us standing there

I came here at woolwich store to update my phone one of the staff a fatty guy his name is Sabistin or something he been so rude i never seen this kind of rude costumes services he said ?if u wanna do it do it otherwise move leave? thats how u deal with customers?

I came to top up my number, a manager named Ellys-Abeth, didn't tell me about the upcoming promotion, and when I talked, she was laughing when I spoke. maybe my English isn?t perfect, but it?s not allow to be such non proffercionalvery dissapointed

The lady at the store is very rude, I have been there twice she doesn?t have the patience to listen to customers. If you ask her question she gets irritated. Very unprofessional, waiting time is always too long and your problem doesn?t get solved!

Very young staff. Don't have a clue on good customer service. And very little knowledge on how to deal with customers issues. Had to walk out in the end. I was even asked for the person serving me to use my phone to call for help on my issue .

Visited Woolwich store and staff were hopeless. One male and one female CS representative. Asked when I went in store if the Google Pixel 6a was in stock and the lady said "yeah, yeah" without checking on her computer. Then had a seat for 20 minutes whilst I heard her chatting with another customer about all sorts unrelated to a buying a phone. After 20 minutes was then told that the phone was out of stock. Dreadful

Rude staff and managerBeen to several stores and this is my first time experiencing a bad team. Even the manager is way too rude instead of explaining they started judging and said nothing comes cheap.. way too cheap mentality never go here for a sim/phone

Extremely rude staff and manager. Went twice to pick up my click and collect order and was told you will need to wait...asked for how long and the very annoying and rude manager said 3 hours. Told him I cant wait that long and hence I ordered online click and collect. Was told do not come back, go and order for home delivery. Absolute disgrace to customer service !! Looks like Vodafone hasn't taught its staff that they do click and collect also.
