Poor service from your staff lauren she made me wait 1 hour to offer nothing three are scams had a 2 year deal instead of them ending my contract when up or giving me an upgrade you still charge me for service for another year I have already paid for and add to that cannot give me refund as well you staff are very unprofessional rude ?.

I went there to fix my problem with my bill. I have 4 contracts with you and I was overcharged. The manager Gabriela was very polite and she explained everything to me. I remember her from before she was always ready to help everyone. Thank you again

I would give this store 0* rating if I could. I purchased a contract for a broadband, got home, and the broadband network was poor, not working, so after two days, I took the product back. The store refused to take the product back. I have been given me the run around at least on three occasions, customer assistant Farooq who is the supposed to be manager told me to return the broadband, however in less than an hour going back to the store, he changed his mind refusing to cancel the contract, another worker called Victor was similarly the same. It is actually rude and disrespectful that they could treat someone like this. you're standing in the store being ignored. The contract states that the item is refundable within 30 days, as mentioned it was returned by day two. Each person in the store has a different version of what I should do, however all having no respect or qualities of a customer service personnel giving an adult such a run around is disrespectful, pretending you are not there, when they can clearly see that they have frustrated you to breaking point. A shop to avoid at all cost, workers need to be trained on giving customers the correct information and also to exercise proper communication skills.Update: I spoke to the Three Customer Complaint team. They have accepted returning the product. This is how a situation is dealt with, professional. Well done, Rajat at Three Customers Complaint 5*

My experience of waiting patiently for over 15 minutes then having someone who had just came in being served before me, caused me to walk out of this shop and will never return. Would be nice to give your customers some idea of how the queue works, but even better for the people who work there to know first! Would recommend Bexleyheath branch instead, they know how this kind of shop should actually be ran.

Came in for an upgrade last week, I was a bit apprehensions as I am not up to date with all the latest models out there but then I met a wonderful staff Nicole, she was very helpful and insightful, guided me through any queries I had and I was able to choose the perfect phone. will gladly recomend
