It used to be good, but now they are more interested in how much you spend. I have 3 glasses I can't wear when you go back they tell you give it time? well i did there, living in my chest of draws ?

I have been wearing glasses since 2015 and for the first time in my life I am absolutely delighted with the prescription I have been given. My eyes no longer feel like they are straining and I can actually enjoy reading books again. The frames suit my face and the optician who took care of me was just the best.

I got the best service from an optician(Isha) and her colleague in last 20-22 years, took her time and listened to my issues but one of the staff member was border line disrespectful. When I went there first time few years ago it was other way around(Staffs were helpful but optician was borderline rude)As usual the price of a pair of glass is sky high compare to some online shops so did not ordered it.The phone reminders was helpful for me as I had to cancel one appointment. If the caller slow down while introducing him/her to me could achieve a better communication. When I booked online I have already submitted answers to some questions, having those asked again is annoying.

I had a really wonderful experience with selecting my Spectacles with Yusuf. Mya handled my registration details and made me most welcome to the opticians. Manisha carried out the diagnostic and treated me with respect and friendliness. Varsan looked deep into my eyes while carrying out the actual eye test and gave me the current state of my eyes. Keep it up.
