Great food that tasted fresh, flavorful, and nicely plated. Lovely atmosphere and Outstanding service. Our server , Durga was courteous, helpful, and genuinely engaging.
We felt well-cared for from start to finish. All three elements?food, ambiance, and service?came together seamlessly for a memorable and enjoyable evening.

Can?t go wrong with a cheeky Nando?s!! As soon as we came in we were greeted by such a friendly lady, Durga. Brilliant atmosphere and amazing food as always, would come again anyday ?

Everytime we go to woolwich nandos it is perfect but their takeaway is horrible. Every single time, they mess the order or send incomplete order.

We've been coming to this branch for years. I have an OCD and I'm a germophobe. I have asked 3 staff (One of which looks like the manager) if I can have an unopened ketchup bottle because of my condition. They told me that I have to use what is out. I asked if I can just get any small packets of ketchup instead of the bottle but they told me they don't have it. I can tell they have been lying because this restaurant is normally busy and it's impossible that they don't have 1 unopened ketchup bottle or even the small packets for take away. And most of the bottles that were out were nearly empty.
Because of that, I bought 1 from an Iceland nearby. This is not a problem with other Nandos branches in the UK. We've been to Stratford, Galleons Reach, O2, Southend, Poole, Kent, Cardiff, etc because they were very considerate and accomodating. Only this Woolwich Arsenal branch have a very unfriendly staff. The chicken were dry and chips are very small portions for a platter 4 sides 2x chips and 2x rice. You've lost 1 loyal customer..

When we went to Nando's in Woolwich and the second we arrived we were warmly welcome by this kindly lady who showed us a table. She continued to assist us with queries we had throughout our meal.
The food was delicious and well spiced. The daughter tried the hot periperi chicken thighs, and my son ate the vegetarian option of burgers, which he absolutely enjoyed. Other son went for spiced fries with his chicken. He found the spice bit too salty.
But all in all, it was a good super for everyone

The food, particularly the chicken, was delicious and notably tastier and juicier compared to other Nandos branches in London. However, my visit was hindered by the absence of sauce options suitable for my garlic intolerance. The lack of alternatives was disappointing. On a positive note, the service was commendable; all the waiters were helpful and eager to assist.
Regrettably, the cleanliness of the restaurant was a significant concern. Both the tables and the floor were very dirty, which considerably detracted from the overall dining ambiance. Despite the flavorful chicken and friendly service, the lack of cleanliness had a noticeable impact on my dining experience. With improvements in cleanliness and a more inclusive menu, Nandos could elevate its rating and provide a more enjoyable dining atmosphere for its patrons.
