Music in the morning before 8am is buzzing loud that it's very uncomfortable to stay in. I don't need nightclub level of noise in the morning with my harsh brown.

I?m a frequent customer but the service has been getting worse each time. There is little attention to orders or customers anymore. Today, I received a cheeseburger inside a hamburger wrapper, which shows the staff aren?t checking what they?re handing out.
Despite it being a quiet afternoon, I waited around 20 minutes. The staff, especially Puja, was chatting with colleagues in between packing each item of my order. I had to call her attention to continue, and she simply told me to wait without acknowledging the delay.
When I finally got my food, she handed me a paper bag and left my drink on the other side of the counter without saying anything, so I had to go pick it up myself. It just felt like customers are an afterthought here.

as far as mcdonalds go, its a mcdonalds, its what you expect, apart from the food, which is missing basic elements like salt for fries, or the drinks which I bought and straight up did not recieve, this may sound petty but if I paid for a meal with a drink I expect to get a drink... no notifcation, even if its out of stock you can call or ask for substitute... I paid for a product I did not recieve, this is not the first time this has happened, I have been missing chocolate milkshakes, orange juices, even my coke which I paid extra to have classic has been changed for a diet with no notification or refund. This store needs some serious review and inspection from its region manager.

In woolwich McDonald I have complained about iced mocha that the ice was not blended properly so many times but before it was not like that..even I asked them to blend it again they said ice machine is broken it?s been like mths they?ve been saying same things.

Avoid this place like the plague. I overheard a member of staff fat shame a customer because he thought he couldn't be heard. I wonder what they say about other customers!

This site is always crowded, but atmosphere here is kept cleaned . The only feedback is to quick deliver of foods.

Any reason why food handlers, servers who handle orders and floor staff do not wear hair nets.....perhaps more training is required especially around cross contamination and appropriate use of PPE.
