Literally ordered a zinger burger meal. Which consists of only a burger, drink and fries. I get my delivery and there is only my burger and drink. No fries. It?s seriously not that hard to give me the items i paid for.

This is only halal kfc and people visit it often. Usual standard fare. Order online or onthe self service kiosk. If you run into trouble the staff are quick to help resolve it. They will also do substitutes - I'm not a fan of drumsticks. Generous with the ketchup and mayo. Fast, efficient and friendly and wheelchair accessible. Parking available and you can get away with 10 minutes on the road. A small space to eat in if you want and app gives you some good offers. Can't say I'm impressed by their less plastic policy as the cup holding the drink literally collapses. But thank you staff for doubling the cup.

The food here is great. Unfortunately, the same can?t be said for the service. The staff are consistently rude, disengaged, and seem uninterested in even the basics of customer interaction. No eye contact, no greetings, and at times, outright dismissive behavior. It really lets down what could otherwise be a fantastic fast food experience.
