Absolutely terrible attitude from the lady staff who yelled at me for taking my bite inside the shop while my husband was making his tea. Been facing such rude behaviour from the English staff at all the Gregg's outlets ( throwing your food parcels at you, grumpy faces). Customer service is indeed a skill to be learned and it has nothing to do with bagging a sausage roll. Can start by not shouting at your customers and being polite. Have been a dedicated customer for years but the staff attitude is really a put off.

We Went in this afternoon and had chocolate drink, vegan sausage rolls and cheese and onion pastry. The place was really busy and only one staff member that we could see. She was pretty efficient though. Our only gripe is that both sausage rolls and pastry were stone cold. I asked if they could be warmed up in a microwave but was told that it could not be done.
We think for good customer relations, something Gregg?s should be aware of.

I made a delivery order through Uber and shortly received a call from Tracy! There was a slight issue with stock and she called to rectify it with me. She was absolutely amazing so friendly and it really changed my mood. Who knew one person with a phone call regardless of the situation it was, could have made such a positive impact! Great communication customer service was 10/10! She must be a credit to that store ! Thank you Tracy !

As a regular, I had an latte yesterday afternoon. The first sip came with a strong smell of chemical, I don't know if you guys accidentally put soap in the machine but the foam on top looks fairly weird with loads of bubbles. I threw it away. I have tried the other Greggs on the same street, their coffee never taste funny, it's usually milky. But the coffee at this shop is quite bitter

This has to be the worst Greggs. Products are usually cold, no ketchup or other sauces and staff unfriendly. If management are reading this, please fix this and also stop being stingy with not providing ketchup - all other Greggs stores do.

Thank you for putting a smile on my fave this morning as I had to wait a long time for a train this morning and Greggs was the best place to kill some time.
