I ordered on too good to go and it was a big scam he only gave me two stale tarts and if I had gotten them full price it would have been better value then what I paid, It costed me £5 not including the transport Please avoid.

Very poor service provided as on the 5/4/25 at 12:28pm. There was no provision of a tea pot and a mug when requested for. Poor attitude with the customer service received compared to other Costa coffee shops.

She has been messaging me relentlessly, sending threats and making accusations that are completely unfounded. Her messages have included direct threats that make me feel unsafe, and she's been talking about me to others in a way that is damaging to my reputation.
This constant barrage of messages and threats is causing me significant stress, and it's affecting my mental well-being. I feel on edge and anxious because of her actions, and it's not just the threats; it's the overall atmosphere of hostility she's created. I believe her behavior is not only inappropriate but also detrimental to my health, especially considering my epilepsy. I need to address this situation seriously to ensure my safety and well-being.
My recent interactions with her have been extremely distressing and unprofessional.
Suzi has been rude and threatening towards me, which I find completely unacceptable. In a recent message, she stated:
"Ok another Google review. I am now going to report you for stalking to the police because that is what you are doing. I actually didn't realize until after we last spoke that you left a complaint at Costa Coffee too. Please leave me alone and stop putting fake comments on local business pages. You are not welcome in any part of my life, do not come in the shop, do not come to my address, do not ask for anymore handouts, advice, help, friendship. You are a vindictive, nasty girl and quite frankly I'm sorry I was ever nice to you! I will make sure to tell anyone that asks EXACTLY who you are, what you do and to avoid you. THIS STOPS NOW."
Additionally, she has said to me, "Have I really been sooooooo terrible to you? I haven't, I was short with you because I'm not equipped to deal with all your issues when I'm working." This dismissive attitude is not only unprofessional but also indicates a lack of empathy towards customers.
Furthermore, I am deeply concerned to learn that Suzi has spoken to my GP about me, which I believe breaches data protection laws. This is a serious violation of my privacy and confidentiality. Her behavior could also be in breach of other legislations such as the Equality Act and the Data Protection Act, which are designed to protect individuals from harassment and ensure their personal information is kept confidential.I want to file a complaint about Suzi because her behavior has become increasingly concerning. She's threatening me, accusing me of things, and causing psychological distress, especially considering my epilepsy
In addition to the Data Protection Act there are several other legislations and policies that Suzi has breached:
1. Equality Act 2010: This legislation protects individuals from discrimination based on disability.
She is targeting me because of epilepsy, and keeps kicking me out telling me I'm banned because she doesn't want to deal with someone seizing when al I wanted was a drink to.up sugars.
This is discrimination.
For instance, she's making accusations and treating me unfairly specifically because of my condition, that's a violation.
Additionally, her behavior creates an environment that makes it difficult for me and i bow dont feel safe to ever go in there or walk pass the store., that could also breach the act.
2. Health and Safety at Work Act 1974: Even though I'm not an employee, businesses have a duty to ensure the safety and well-being of their customers. Suzi actions are creating a hostile environment for customers, and she is not ensuring the safety and well-being of those in the store.
3. Protection from Harassment Act 1997: This law makes it illegal to harass someone, which applies as her behavior is threatenin

I visited Costa on Monday morning around 9:30 AM and ordered a latte with hazelnut syrup and oat milk. Unfortunately, they gave me a caramel latte instead. I understand that mistakes can happen, but what disappointed me most was the staff's attitude when I pointed it out. When I informed the lady (an Asian lady) that I had ordered a hazelnut latte, she took the coffee back while rolling her eyes and banged the coffee machine loudly. Her behavior was rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. It was an unpleasant experience, and I won?t be visiting this location again.

I have been here plenty of times and their service has never really changed. I have gone their times buy two frappes where I told staff serving me that it?s a take away many times because I knew they could forget. They did assured me it will be take away but when it came time for me to pick up my drinks they just gave me two cups of the drinks with no holder or any bag. This was the day where I had many heavy bags to carry.? I literally had to ask her again for something to carry them as it?s takeaway and she gave me just a drink holder. So I had to carry all of my heavy bags on a bus praying for the drinks to not spill?

Take away might have been okay but dine in at costa felt so bad. Literally the table was not clean, I even noticed the door mat and glass door was so dirty. Not really complaining but could have been so nice to have a clean costa in the neighborhood.

Literally the best hot chocolate in Woolwich. Tried it everywhere, in every single coffee shop around but for now I will stick to Costa. A bit overpriced but ready to pay for a good quality. And the girl that was serving was so sweet and quick!!

I don't like to give bad reviews, but I went twice in this place for a quick coffee, and both times I left before buying because the service was too slow. I used to work as a barista before in a private café, but I've never served so slow. Especially when there are only 2 customers...
