Dark hair girl handling my goods like there was muck all over them, told to bring items then don?t take them, looking down her nose see her outside I be having a word with her , she was touching like we had germs ! I have ocd and she looks like she good do with a good hair wash? disgusting service.. only reason I didn?t loose it as just gone through a loss and ready to explode ! She need customer service training hardly spoke and kept looking at her hands.. ps u lot she good her to have a wash !! Treat me like I?m scum !

Had the worst experience here today. Firstly the staff member (woman) was absolutely rude and vulgar, spent 90% of her time flirting with the other team member and not dealing with my items in a professional manner. Then she asked me to wait which was absolutely fine I understand they need to do their checks but when it got to ½ hour I asked for an update she said ?oh yeah I need your password? so I had been waiting around because she was distracted and didn?t ask me. She round up a price for me which was settled at 257 for both of my items. It came to waiting another 45 minutes for the device to be checked then they told me they had ran out of cash. To which I had to wait for longer. It came to paying me what I?m owed for her to drop the price to 207 from 257 which her excuse was ?well it was dropped due to faults? but had given me a price prior to checking and was settled at 257? I begrudgingly took it and purchased some DVDS with that to which I got all the way home and realised she didn?t put the DVD in the case so I had to come all the way back. She wouldn?t take responsibility for the inconvenience and started blaming her team mates which wasn?t their fault. She needs a serious attitude check and needs to revise her customer service skills because what I experienced today was not okay.She never even apologised for anything today? I think if she might have I wouldn?t have left his review. Safe to say I?m never going back.

Ordered via click and collect and it was waiting ready. Friendly staff. I had to travel to the shop as it had what I wanted in stock. It was worth travelling for as the staff where so helpful.

Been here few times now staff are all good just good if you need some cash in quick but remember they don't give alot for certain things best to.go on website and type your item and it will tell you a price in cash or price in there shop vouchers so you get good idea what price you will be given in store

Bad customer service. I was sold wrongly labelled laptop RAM which said 16gb, however it was 4gb. When I returned it, I had to explain the issue to 2 different members of staff who gave me the look like I was somehow wrong. They asked to wait 30min so they can check it before refunding the money. Once refunded, nobody even apologised for the mistake and my wasted time. Staff presentation behind the counter isn?t great either. Another member of staff was intermittently shaking behind the counter, clearly she wasn?t well, but she was ignored by the other staff. She should have not been working in this state.
