Food very poor atmosphere the same far play to staff for working there

I can not in good faith falt the staff they were superb they went above and beyond, only one waiter between the bar and restaurant on a Saturday! but the company on the other hand shows pennie pinching over priced with small portions givin the price surprised they have any business at all
Dietary restrictions: They went above and beyond checking all the ingredients so i could eat as the company dose not concider chilli as a alagen

Best to spend your money elsewhere as quality of food is in-line with the price and they will rip you off wherever they can.
Issues:
1/asked if from the kids menu I can exchange the starter for deserts for the price quoted. I was told that it is allowed, only to be charged +£1.49 each.
2/I asked for a bottomless drink but despite my glass empty and the restaurant also empty, no one bothered to refill it for me.
3/I asked if one of the kid can have a drip of cordial added to his water. Waiter didn't use my bottomless glass but instead come back with a cordial filled less than 5% of a glass. At the end I was charged £3.8 for the this lemonade.
4/Other then ketchup there was no sauce for the rump steak
5/Battered fish was not great, could only ate the fish from the inside.

Stayed with family in the premier inn for a week or so , first day tried dinner, than one day one of us stayed so tried all 3 meals, than on the last day we all tried breakfast, so not extensive but
Quick note in all cases we arrive time wise either in the middle or as it started
Breakfast - depend when you arrive you might have more or less items as they are not getting filled back quickly as food get consumed.
More importantly the food was warm at best semi cold at worse, as while maybe it come out hot but the container holding it are not heated so quickly it get cold ?
Lunch and dinner several items were missing even though in the menu and what was available was mediocre at best.
One thing that was nice even though again not our first choice was the salad and drink hence 2 star and not just 1.

I booked breakfast with my kids and when we got to the hotel we were turned back that we couldn't be served as we're not lodged in the hotel. Their website needs to be updated to reflect this. This was a disappointing news as we 3 left home early to eat breakfast before setting out.

Chose food from the Festive Menu. Plenty of choice. Our order was taken quickly. Service was excellent. Special thanks to Shannon. The food was tasty, hot and value for money.

First visit today for husband birthday. Food was nice but was extremely busy abd not enough staff. Waited 50 minutes for desserts. Which when you have young children with you is far to long. Ended up a very stressful time with the long wait.

The food is horrific. How can the food be soo bad is beyond me. This place needs new management & chefs urgently.

Went in got ignored at the bar, although there was a Bar person. We will call you when we are ready. Also two couples go shown to their tables as soon as they walked in. We were told we are BUSY. Only 10-15 people in the whole place.
Our table was booked for 6 people. They never showed us to the table, just pointed to it. Then our other 4 guests turned up, they were not shown to the table. When all seated, the so called waitress went to the other tables to get their orders. Ignored again. After a few minutes we walked out in absolute disgust. We went to Nando.

I have now been to eat here twice. Both times our server has been the same, a lovely lady called Shannon. Very polite, helpful and attentive. The 1st time my steak was very nice and how I asked for it to be done. The 2nd time I had to send it back as it wasn?t well done as asked. However other issues have been noticed. I got a parking ticket in a disabled pay with badge displayed as I wasn?t aware that it wasn?t part of the hotel/restaurant.
( staff should be making this clear on arrival ) The manager of the restaurant was very rude and just said you should have bought a ticket. She was very unhelpful and showed no empathy at all, didn?t even make eye contact. Lastly I find it very unprofessional to see chefs eating in the open kitchen in-front of paying customers. I recommend this place to the friend with me and felt awful after the food was not good this time and the poor service of management.

All staff were lovely tonight :) best meal we?ve had here in ages, the kids really enjoyed themselves ? Steven was great, very down to earth and friendly. Lovely chefs on tonight. And there was a waitress (a lady) she was super kind! Offering the children crayons and paper to pass time.

Sad and run down. Carpet so old it's ripped and taped. Food meh. Breakfast overcooked. False advertising on drink prices (2 for £12, nope!). Convenience is the only good reason to eat here.

My son had always wanted to eat at beefeater. He specifically chose it for his 7th birthday. We walked in after paying for parking. The waiter couldn?t find us a table suitable for 4 people, he told us to leave because the manager said so. My jaw dropped! I had never being walked out of a restaurant not on my son?s special day. His excitement for beefeater is certainly not the same!! Customer service is poor. We left there sad. I expect the manager to be a little child-friendly and welcoming.

The food was amazing. It came out on time and tasted great. The service was wonderful. I had a very kind and sweet server his name was Rafiq kept on the drinks check up on us.
