Worst customer service. Staff is useless.A few days ago the contactless system went down and no one could pay with it, which sometimes it happens as you can?t always rely on technology.However, the staff was doing nothing.. people were queuing without knowing that the system doesn?t work.It takes you one minute to put a sign that Contactless payment doesn?t work.Indeed It does take a lot of brain to do something like that.

Worst customer care..The reduced items are taken by staffs only..They are not displayed for the customers properly.After reduction they are moving items to the backstock and shared by staffs..not displaying for regular customers.I witnessed it by my own eyes.they keep store messy while filling

Right so I've noticed that my last review on this tesco brunch was hidden. I just wanna let everyone know that if the security guard acused you of stealing it's because he's looking for a fight.For one whole year I was harassed by the security guard called galisI heard from the community that he attacked a bunch of young teens outside the store and bragged about.After one whole year of me him searching me taking me my receipt he kicked my shoe' I went to tell the stuff and told him I have evidence which I still do till this day. I was then grabbed by the security but used my Brazilian jiu jitsu to keep myself away from danger. I felt one of the staff members who lied to me saying he was the manager punch on my back.I was then told let's move on and not get police involved.Here is a photo of the the security guard who harassed me for a year

Why do the staff here always seem to have such a stick up their booties? Just rude from the get go.The staff stocking the shelves leave their trolleys and packaging in the middle of aisles and act totally oblivious to the people around them. Have to go through a bloody obstacle course to pick up a bag of crisps.Update: staff here have only gotten worse. You can be nothing but polite yet they?re still extremely rude and unfriendly. Cannot and will not recommend, and will no longer be visiting this branch. Go a few steps further to the Lidl, better prices and better products.

Terrible in so many levels.-Very few sandwiches to choose from, and they are usually gone by 11am.-Bakery not operating until late morning, so there are no croissants or other bakery items before 9am or 10 am.-The coffee machine is constantly out of order.- I once bought a packed mango which was out of date and I only noticed when I ate it and realized it tasted weird. They should have removed it from the shelve.-Staff is extremely slow. They often allow people to skip the queue even if you have been waiting there for a long time. They are often in favor of people with kids and will allow their kids to skip the queue.-They will also allow customers to go fetch items they ''forgot to get'' during check out, leaving a massive queue of customers waiting to pay.

If you want to be treated like less than a human then this is the place to go. Absolutely poor customer service, staff are always having private chats about customers which is extremely unprofessional. Thank goodness we have lidl now offering better prices and better customer service. This Tesco is a disgrace to its chains.

Look at a huge percentage of the reviews and they are negative, for the right reasons. A very poorly managed local store. What's more they keep blurting out the same old diatribe of "we take our customers very seriously" or "our customers always come first". That is just tick box, corporate gibberish to pretend they care. As I older gentleman I went in to purchase 3 cheap items and proceeded to the self service tills as the array of cashier tills only had one member of staff on. I went to pay but they were all card machines, how does that help us older folk who don't want to use card or are not allowed because of memory issues? The guy at the self service advised I take a taxi to go to the back of the only till operated queue.It's a shambles and total lack of any service for the punter. I really understand why theft has increased in almost all supermarkets and chains. I don't blame them for chancing their arms because the staff are thin in the ground and don't care anyway.I went into Iceland and got my bits and low and behold they had self service tills that did card and cash, wow how amazing.

Selling food that has gone off . It made me feel sick the food was in date but had mold on it. Never using that tesco again.

Been going to this branch about 40 years,but Certain products have disappeared and prices are more expensive to the point where I have to use the Bromley-by-Bow superstore as they have the products I need at a lower costsince Lidl opened up a store a few shops down hardly anyone shops in there now, paying for items is Long winded as they have made the fast checkout card payment only and there?s only two Casheres available plus the kiosk in a working-class area I find that very strange indeed when most people pay with cash
