Terrible experience, this branch is ruined by a rude staff member called Krunal, he is rude and condescending. There were previously a really pleasant man and woman working here for many years who were really friendly and provided excellent customer service but don't see them anymore. This guy Krunal is the worst thing that has happened to the branch, he questions every offer you have on your App and even calls his manager to approve it. Will not be going as long as this guy is working in customer facing role.

Website states it opens at 7am. Got there at 730, sign said open, but shutters were down. Very disappointing, as was on route for a school trip and kids were looking forward to it.

Went there at late night (1:05)as it was open and before me one more customer entered and I entered after him
But the staff served him and told me that ?it closed ?
Then why he was serving to the other customer and not me
And even it?s showing it was open
If it closed them please closed and do not serve to
I have seen other customers reviews as well
I hope management look after this and update their timing
OR HIRE SOMEONE WHO IS WELL TRAINED AND CAN WORK AND KNOW WHAT IS HOSPITALITY

came into this subway and immediately got out. the staff approached the food area whilst combing through his long hair with both hands. absolutely disgusting, what poor hygiene standards. immediately put me off.

I ordered chicken tikka 6 inch- The chicken quantity is really bad compared to how they used to be before, barely any protein, it seemed there was more salad than chicken. It's my local subway, please improve this.

Krunal served me at 12:04 the worse service every I asked for chicken breast and chicken pieces and he said to me it?s the same thing I said I?m making my order and I?m paying additional. Who is he to be telling me it?s the same thing worse bit is he still didn?t but in the chicken breast I?m sorry. But if I?m paying what is it to him. You need to traine your staff cause clearly they don?t know how to keep there input to themselves. Disgusting behaviour

fix your opening times it shows opens until 5am all days but when you actually go there its closed at night. What is the point of misleading customers who travel from long way to get here?

Visited today, only one staff was working in shop, but seems he was one man army, name badge ?Darpan?, even though working by himself never got upset or irritated, this guy is true asset for this shop, so polite, multi tasking & great customer service. Please let this staff know you?re amazing.
