Do NOT buy anything electrical from this shop, their guarantee is useless as the shop keeper. They will give you all the Excuse.

Please beware. The old gentleman at the till gave me £10 less change. After I challenged him on it he apologised and gave me the £10 back. As soon as I got home I took the toys out of the bag and noticed on the label one of them was £3.99. The gentleman charged me £4.99 for it. The toy was not working and I decided to take it back. Another gentleman at the till fixed it for me eventhough initially he said it was my fault because I broke a cable when inserting the batteries....really?Anyhow he fixed it and I mentioned to him I was overcharged for the item and he said that it cost £4.99 making me a liar. Which I really am not and would have not complained just for that £1 if the item would have actually worked.Would not go back because they are not trustworthy or willing to actually exchange an item.Please double check you got the right change when shopping here.
