Really recommend the staff's services here entirely; Imti, in particular, was very helpful and gave excellent service. He has offered help with several things, including applications, returns, and oversea delivery. Friendly staff but says it closes at 5pm but its alwaya closed before then. Very inconvenient for people being led on for the wrong opening and closing times. Absolutely annoying

Staff don't like Amazon click n drop, most of the time says system down try different post office, if the system is down how would it will work at a different post office, lol

Leave a thumb up here if you were asked to pay for your free return label and pay in weight instead.This is not the first time happening to me in this PO. It requires investigating as they are abusing of their position to make more money.

Really not impressed, paid extra for passport forms and photos checking as there is a service that you pay for so everything is right the first time sending, they said everything was correct but it wasn't everything was wrong , as a first time passport application this added to the stress. The official that said everything was okay got me to write details in I was not supposed to either. Totally let down and paid extra money for nothing

I frequent the Plaistow Post Office very often. Whether it is to collect a parcel, post something or deposit money, I've found it very easy to get it done. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially, Shibly.

On Saturday 28th January 2023, I came to Post Office around 16:20, as I needed to send a very important letter. The person behind the counter said Post Office closed. He closed the door leading inside the counter and said that it closed at 16:00, as he is paid to work until 16:00 and actually worked 20 minutes for free and we (customers) need to be thankful. Thank him for WHAT????if it is a case and he being paid until 16:00, why your website says 17:00 and shop 18:00? And why this employee need to work for free after 16:00? Not Complying with Modern Slavery Act ? Do not want to think that such a giant retailer would do something like that.Shocking and absolutely unacceptable.Not sure there is the problem, but you definitely need to take some actions.Looking forward for improvements.
