I don?t know who was on the phone to me, but I got the incorrect order from Pizza Hut Which mind you that order In and of itself was wrong even if it was not mine, as soon as I called, he was extremely rude for no apparent reason and when I explained the fact that even the order from Pizza Hut was wrong, he still didn?t care. When I ask what I should do with this pizza because I can?t eat pineapple because I am allergic he simply shrugged off and said talk to just eat even though I already told him that we have spoken to Just Eat and they told us to contact Pizza Hut. Then, when he kept repeating to tell me just to call just eat even though I already explained to him that we have he hung up on me without even saying anything. If you cannot deal with customer issues then that is not my problem but you do not have to hold this behaviour to people who are just trying to get their money back even with the wrong order so therefore the customer service is horrible on the phone don?t ever order from here if you want to save your money. Unprofessional and unfit to deal with other people apparently.

Pizza Hut Canning Town is always efficient and delivers the pizzas hot. Delivery driver Ify was great and adhered to the instructions to ensure the best delivery. Will defo order again.

Called and placed a collection order at 5.23pm i was not asked my name i had to inquire how long order will take. Arrived at 6.05pm to be asked my name? Was then informed my order was not taken. waited another 20 minutes.. when order was ready i was refered to very loudly as HELLO . Another waiting customer notified me that the staff was trying to get my attention. Very poor and unfriendly customer services no aplogies. Staff talking very loud in bengali.
I had to double ckeck my order before leaving ..staff needs to be trained in all aspects of customer care very disappointed in customer services

I was asked by department at a very short notice to arrange a lunch during a very busy day.
I had only 40 minutes to arrange. Whereever I tried , resturants were either closed or they could not prepare lunch with very short notice.
I ordered online pizza through Pizza Hutt Barking Road Canning Town.
I also ranged and Manager branch Mr Mirza picked up the phone, he was very polite and assured me that he will do his best to prepare and deliver the food ASAP.
Mr Mirza himself delivered the fresh hot food within 30 minutes.We all enjoyed the food without changing any schedule of our meeting for lunch.
I am grateful to Mr Mirza for his excellent service at Pizza Hutt
He was incredibly knowledgeable about our food requirements and wherever I asked him ,he came to exact location in a major institution to deliver the food.

I order from here nearly daily ? it's the best so I'm surprised but the current ratings honestly. The customer service is excellent and if there is ever an issue with the order they rectify it without any issue. Best pizza hut for delivery and service hands down. I'm waiting on my food right now ? . Thanks for being great ?
