I went to charge my oyster card for a month at this store and the employee forgot to finalize the process.
It turns that for the first run (by bus) i still had a litle money in my card and the light gone green but when I tried to tap for the second run (by train) it doesn't went through and I had to spent extra money to travel.
At the end of the day, when I back from work, went to sort the problem out.
The counter simply tried to trick me saying that happened because of negative balance.
So, today I paid double to travel.
Need to say that this is not the first time they try to trick with confused item prices.

I have lived nearby for 12+ years and this used to be a good shop. Unfortunately, they now have one new young girl serving customers in the morning that is rude and and does not know how to speak with customers. The other staff members are good but the shop should be avoided when that girl is at the counter.

Love Nisa. All the selection is great. Anything you can?t usually find in tesco, you can get here. Prices are not bad. Friendly staff. I usually like to get some worlds foods there. Also keep an eye on the fresh veggies shelves outside. They are tastier.
