I went to charge my oyster card for a month at this store and the employee forgot to finalize the process. It turns that for the first run (by bus) i still had a litle money in my card and the light gone green but when I tried to tap for the second run (by train) it doesn't went through and I had to spent extra money... read full comment

I have lived nearby for 12+ years and this used to be a good shop. Unfortunately, they now have one new young girl serving customers in the morning that is rude and and does not know how to speak with customers. The other staff members are good but the shop should be avoided when that girl is at the counter.
