Had a very horrific experience; definitely not up to the standards of KFC; this store operates worse than any non branded fried chicken restaurant, no standards at all, the space was dirty and the space upstairs was closed, because of that the place surrounding us was crowded; tissues, sauces and my drink wasn?t received on my end, I had to ask; and the staff there said that only one tissue per group is allowed! Which is horrible! The stuff at this store is so rude! Also the tables are not cleaned from time to time, as a result to which I as a customer had to clean the table, before I sitting. Also when I received a reward; the staff there said I can?t redeem it; and placed unnecessary terms and conditions. Honestly speaking I didn?t want to even give one star, but I couldn?t portray how bad my experience was, so in order to express that I had to give y?all one star!

I waited more than 30 minutes for my order and the cashier lied to me saying there were no more chicken pieces and he was making a fresh batch despite seeing 30 customers go in and out with their orders. He then spoke to his colleagues in his own language (which i understand) saying "did you not give him his order yet". Customer service was terrible, openly lying to a customer and the food wasnt even fresh as the lie he told. You're better off going somewhere else as there are a few options nearby that would give you better service and value for your money.

DO NOT order from this place. I let it go the first and second time, but no more. They never get the order right. It?s either missing something, or you get the wrong things and only half a bag of fries. The food is cold and when even my cat won?t eat the chicken, you know it?s bad

such rude staff i couldn?t believe it, missing a part of our meal too. took too long considering there was only one order ahead of us and they mark all the orders ready as soon as they come through maybe to get a better average time but it?s very misleading and the guy was deliberately ignoring people. all that just to be missing a part of the meal and the rest of the food to be below average? dissapointed

Dear KFC Green Street
We are not from UK and was in your shop to get some nice KFC Burger and Chicken. First of all the staff is very rude and angry. I ask for watermelon soda and she just shout ?it?s very very expansive.? I was like ok calm down woman has anyone teach you service manors. Anyway we got our burger and chicken which was a little bit cold but ok.
Later the same lady come to clean table I said to her there is missing soap in toilet than she just looked at me at big eyes and wanna almost hit me.
I hope she wanna goto school and learn some service manors. That was too much. Never coming back to that rude service Green Street KFC.

Unacceptable Customer Service Experience at KFC gareen street
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your green street kfc on 17/07/2024 at 4 o clock.As a long-time customer, I have always enjoyed KFC?s food and hospitality. However, my recent visit was marred by unprofessional and rude behavior from the staff, which is completely unacceptable for a reputable brand like KFC.
Upon entering the store, I was greeted with indifference by the female cashier Instead of a warm welcome, I was met with impatience and a lack of basic courtesy. When I asked for clarification on the menu items, the cashier responded with a condescending tone and rolled their eyes. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Furthermore, during the order process, I noticed that the cashier was more interested in conversing with their colleague than assisting me. This unprofessional attitude not only delayed my order but also disrupted the overall customer experience. When I politely requested for my order to be double-checked for accuracy, the staff member sighed audibly and acted as if my request was an inconvenience.
To add to my frustration, when my order finally arrived, it was incorrect. I pointed out the mistake, only to be met with a defensive and dismissive attitude. Instead of apologizing and correcting the error promptly, the staff member argued that it was my fault for not being clear, which was not the case.
Such behavior is not just disappointing but also damaging to KFC?s reputation. Customers expect a high level of service and respect when they choose to dine at your establishment. Rudeness and lack of professionalism are detrimental to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
I urge the management to address this issue seriously. Proper training should be provided to all employees to ensure they understand the importance of customer service and how to handle situations with patience and politeness. Additionally, there should be strict monitoring and accountability to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
I hope to see significant improvements in your customer service standards. I look forward to a prompt response and a resolution to this matter. Thank you for your attention to this serious concern.

Absolutely horrible food. I have failed to do this till now, but from now on, I am never going to eat this trash food anymore. It gives me horrible diarrhoea every time I eat it and a lot of people have complained about it. Lesson learnt. I don?t understand how the food administration of the UK lets such shops with harmful ingredients run their course.

Today i went ther upton park kfc i ordered 10wings meal with fries n coke + extra milkshake for which i paid total £10.48 after making order they denied to serve coke i ahown them on screen n in description it says meals with drink fries. I havent picked my order Can any one from kfc customer suppert speak to me n sort out this issue.
