Annoying experience with Asian small girl rude mannerless absolutely horrible to communicate. Bad customer service and cheap behaviour I have ever seen. Guaranteed UK most worst customer service in Upton Park. Doubt how they got a job in Greggs? and what policy? who gave them this food service job? this is the most terrific customer service I have ever seen.

BUT the Upton park greggs hot chocolate is just water,sugar and hotchocolate.

Recently moved to Upton park. last week I went to Greggs. OMG what a humiliated behaviour had to faced that I had never been in my life. I don't know her name but she is Asian young short and skinny. I heard one Of her colleague calling her like SUMONA or MONA but not sure. her volume was high and attitude with me as customer disgusting and cheap. Staring at me weirdly and literally shouted on me, I was shocked. Wanted to reply her the same way she did but couldn't cause its pointless to with an unlettered finally this is my last time in greggs.

Normally buy Gregg's melts/pastys weekdays around 1pm and food is always cold and hard it's inedible so have to throw it away. I can understand if food is cold towards the closing hours but mid day food served should at least be warm.

Disappointing Morning Experience at Upton Park Greggs
I usually enjoy visiting this branch, and most of the staff are friendly and efficient. However, there?s an older lady who works in the mornings and, unfortunately, her attitude is quite rude. It?s uncomfortable placing an order with her as she?s not pleasant to interact with.
Additionally, since January, she?s consistently been unable to scan my QR code from the Monzo app for the rewards ? even though everything works perfectly when other staff members scan it. This makes me wonder whether it?s a technical issue with her cashier ID or if she?s not operating the system properly.
If you?re trying to claim your free drink or use a reward, just be cautious. It might be better to visit when other staff are on duty.

Older lady who works in the morning always really abrupt. Today she couldn?t work out how to scan my QR code I get through Monzo max to get my weekly free coffee and said it was my fault because I must have used it before or it was a screenshot - I showed her I was in the app but she doubled down and still said it was my fault - when I said it must be the company issue she still argued. Really poor. Never had this in another Greggs and I get a free one every week.

Worst coffee I ever had..... I tried several times it's just like hot water... I drink moca always i never pleased with their coffee.... Never go there again.. Staffs are unprofessional as well.

Monzo | Scanner | Rude Lady | Not working
Just came from this Greggs and the lady serving (South Asian late 40s) became very rude and unpleasant when I asked if the Monzo Voucher Scanner was working. In the past she has told me its not working which was slightly suspicious.
I don't understand why this particular lady is so rude to me all the time, I'm just trying to get my weekly freebie from Monzo.
I've noticed she is rude to South Asian Males only and somewhat professional to everyone else.

Every time I visit Greggs Upton Park, there?s always a problem scanning the app code. It?s become a consistent issue. On top of that, the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. No effort is made to resolve the issue or even acknowledge the inconvenience. I expect better service, especially from such a well-known brand. Really disappointed.
