I recently had an unpleasant experience at greggs UPTON PARK. Incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior by most short, bit darker, and skinny girl dont know her name...its clear she has lack of skill and temparment needed to manage and interact with customers....not going anymore...

I usually order my hotchocolate from other greegs store BUT the Upton park greggs hot chocolate is just water,sugar and hotchocolate.
