Went there to get a watch battery. The shop manager informed me of the prices and said that the battery price is £13.95 but for £19.95 I can get future battery replacements for the watch without additional cost (for that watch only not for other watches that I have unless I do the same - pay £19.95 for the battery replacement for other watches I have). This seems a good deal. £19.95 one time payment and continuous battery replacement for the watch. Mind you they probably factor in the likely life of the watch and how long their batteries last to ensure they don't lose out in any way.

I went today for replacement of heel tips on ladies boots. No one else there and it was 230pm. Man with beard couldn?t look at me . I said hello. He asked without giving eye contact what I wanted . I showed him the ladies boots . He said can?t do today as ?I?mNot feeling myself and can?t guarantee there won?t be any cuts in the heels there have been some complaints already? . I thought this was candid camera !! I asked if he was qualified to do the job and he said ?yes but I am not feeling myself today?. I was stunned and walked off and reported concerns about this man?s capacity to Tesco staff. Shocked and alarmed . No details of Manager and Head office closed on Saturday .

Worst and lezzy store ever!Before I called the guy in shop and confirmed he opened shop and ready to serve, when I go to store man in the shop left the shop with belt barrier, waited more than 45 minutes did not show up, and tesco customer service made announced to show up to store as we had more than 6 six people in the queue,One of tesco staff, said the man in the shop is not in the shop always as he goes outing ?We left to the nearest key cutting service which is hatch end who provide more service than timodon does, and his prices are very law and quick to serveHere is the best service guy and wonder he got good ratingSole and Heel - Shoe Repairs5.0(118)

I got my watch battery changed by a grumpy little man who barely looked at me or spoke to me. After he worked on it my watch had condensation in it and I could barely see the screen. Worst job and terrible customer service.I went back to get it fixed and this incredible man worked on it. So friendly, professional and incredible customer service. He was a colored man with dreads i think. He done a great job and went above what I'd expect.Sack the first guy and give the second a raise! I hope he sees this or his boss!

I had a simple problem - broken metal watch strap that just needed a new pin. However it was a non-standard design. Incredibly helpful person at Timpsons Pinner Green worked out what I needed, ordered it in and then repaired the watch strap.Couldn't ask for more, would definitely recommend

The chap with glasses behind the counter in Timpson Pinner has helped me on more than two occasions is very helpful and has a good manner I was overjoyed he has saved my favourite watch several times.
