Lovely pub and great staff , but far too busy especially on a Friday night and Saturday night. Probably due to been the only pub in area. Also many times on leaving my seat to go either to bathroom or for a cigarette , my seat would be taken when clearly myself or friend had left a drink at table showing been occupied. A lot of people that use this venue have no etiquette imho

The Irish lady was great super helpful best member of staff there. The duty manager a European lady with an angry face was terrible, my food came out on time but no drinks at all. I waited a while until I couldnt much longer and went and asked her if I could have my J20 as I have finished my food and am almost ready to leave.. she looks up at her screen after giving me a sigh and rolling her eyes and says she cant see it, she looks again and sees the order on the screen she tells me its going to be a 30min wait.. I can see the J20 behind her. She refused to just pass me a j20 so I can leave and made me wait another 15mins for it. Shocking service she clearly hates her customers who keep her in a job.

Have to say the service here is the best service I have experienced, quick, friendly. Food was fresh and reasonably priced. Parking is abit tight but there are bays across the road

Great pub. Large menu. Friendly staff.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not easy through the front doors, staff helpful to get the wheelchair inside. There is plenty of space once you are inside.

We wanted a vegan breakfast - and they do one here. It's £2.50!!!
Tell me, what meal can you get served on a plate that costs £2.50???
And you know what, it was pretty good.
We sat outside on the lovely garden, enjoying the sunshine. The staff are so nice and friendly, you'd think they are getting paid a lot more than min -wage. I'm not sure if they are. Leave a tip...
Vegetarian options: Why doesn't Google have an option to talk about vegan dishes/options. Oh, I know, it's because they are still stuck in the 1990s...

It's a great "typical" pub in Hatch End where locals and non-locals can congregate over drinks and food and share a great time. The beer garden is always popular, the staff are young and friendly learning a trade and a great atmosphere
