Recently, I started coming to this Starbucks, and for some time now I?ve noticed that there?s no vegan whipped cream available for Frappuccinos. They also don?t offer an alternative ? even though I know it can be done, because I?ve seen it prepared in other locations, even right in front of me.
Unfortunately, here they simply refuse and say, ?we don?t have it,? and that?s it ? they leave the customer on their own with no solution. That?s why I?ve decided to stop coming to this Starbucks.
I can?t consume dairy, and vegan whipped cream is important to me ? and sadly, it?s being completely overlooked here.

It's a very clean and neat atmosphere. Really enjoyed the drinks and treats. Will definitely go again.

Of all the Starbucks I go to the staff are the friendliest and always welcome me by name when I do a mobile order. They are so speedy even if I order my coffee 2 mins before I enter store on my mobile they apologize if not there waiting for me. They really are the best. Highly recommend.

Love Pinner but we come here on a Sunday and it's really busy and the cleanliness suffers as a result. Always dirty tables and cups everywhere and food on the floor. Understand the staff are overworked but the overall experience suffers re cleanliness. Love the coffee the place seems neglected.
Been back many times since and still suffers for its own popularity but the staff are friendly!

It's a Starbucks and i know people love it but everything has sugar in it. Including the Matcha. And it's just too corporate. There is no atmosphere. Staff are great though and dog friendly.
