“Have been here a few times to get my little one shoes and normally a good experience. Previous visit though was slightly disappointing and not due to the main staff there. Had feet measured of my little one which she had gone up a size, bought two pairs of shoes. Unfortunately they gave me the box with the wrong size these things happen went back the next day for an exchange the staff member Eva was really great and remeasured everything and took a good amount of time to go through everything and make sure things were acceptable as well as all being done with a smile and good attitude. The slightly disappointing aspect was the manager who went on a slight tirade and talked at me rather than hearing my concerns.”
