“I got my watch battery changed by a grumpy little man who barely looked at me or spoke to me. After he worked on it my watch had condensation in it and I could barely see the screen. Worst job and terrible customer service.I went back to get it fixed and this incredible man worked on it. So friendly, professional and incredible customer service. He was a colored man with dreads i think. He done a great job and went above what I'd expect.Sack the first guy and give the second a raise! I hope he sees this or his boss!”
