I will not come back. I went once with my friend and thought the place was nice. Although bit pricey, nice cakes and food. I gifted a voucher present for an afternoon tea, no cheap for my friend with 3 months expire. Due to medical reasons she couldn't used on time. I called to explain and arranged a take away and bring it to her instead in 3 days. I was told the voucher expired the day I was calling.and therefore nothing to do. I understand they run a business but like others in the review found the owner bit rude, no compassionate and with an attitude. I will not come back because of the customer service and rather recommend to chose somewhere else.

Such a beautiful little place in Eastcote with the best pastries and cakes on offer. Everything is so well made and well presented.

This is a gem to find in a suburb location. Was passing through the area and thought I would give it a go.I had breakfast and an almond croissant. The service was great (family business I think), the quality of the food was amazing. The almond cross was perfectly flaky and sweetened correctly and not just loaded with sugar. It?s not your bog standard cafe prices - but you pay for what you get, and the quality here was great.I think I will be back with my wife!Dietary restrictions: Veg options availableKid-friendliness: Ramp into cafe

I've been a customer to your patisserie for many years, I enjoy my visits very much. Sorry to witness that couple's reaction to your reasonable request. It was upsetting to see that ?

Lovely french patisserie in the hearth of eastcote. I have been here only once since it is closed on my days off, it ia always busy and loved by the community, I really like the atmosphere but I have been disappointed by their pain au chocolat which looked way more like a brioche, didn't have any layers of lamonation unfortunately. I am a pastry chef and work in a french patisserie in the hearth of London.

I always come here every year to get the galette des rois and it just reminds of my childhood in France. The service is amazing and their other pastries are really good as well!Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility at the front.

This is well worth a visit if you like cakes made by an experienced pastry chef. The patisserie has been in Eastcote for 10 years but I seem to have walked past countless times with tunnel vision. The cakes are so pretty and freshly made, and having bought 8 for a small family gathering I can confirm they're absolutely delicious. Family run, this is a must for an occasional treat. In short, yum!!

I had tea and cakes at this cute patisserie, and I had a great experience both with the customer service and the cafe itself. There was a large selection of cakes, and the fact that the server was knowledgeable about each cake and could guide me in making my selection was really helpful. I thought I was actually at a sweet little bakery in France since the restaurant was so true to its roots. The cakes were also really tasty! Without a doubt, I intend to return for some more.

Hands-down, the best French tarts, croissants, and baguettes in northwest London. Extremely friendly family. Go in, buy everything and practice your French!

Lovely cakes and tarts. Perfect for special occasions. Wish they stayed open later so I could pop in after work.
