I had a pair of deck shoes that needed new laces fitted. This is a tricky job but Pravin worked out how to do it with the tools he had, then threw in a free polish. It took him about 20 minutes and he only asked for £5.Excellent, pleasant old-fashioned initiative and service.

Popped in to buy insoles for my shoes, but they didn't have my size. I shared that with the current ones my feet sweat a lon and that gave me a solid advise what I need to get and to look online as they are unable to order them. Will happily come back and spend money there. Thank you.

Unbelievably rude man who thought it was acceptable to berate me for forgetting to put on my mask before entering his shop. I immediately put my mask on. But when I asked if he'd be putting his mask on and he said didn't need to wear one because it was his shop and he's cutting keys!? Completely unnecessary attitude. I took my business elsewhere to someone who understands how to treat customers.
