Been there recently to repair my phone cracked screen which was badly damaged and almost hopeless to repair, they skilfully managed to repair in a very short time with brilliant result. I highly recommend and will do business again with them.

DISHONEST SHOPKEEPER1 star rating is too high, -5 would be more appropriate.VERY disappointed & will never be returning!A friend of mine has been utterly ripped off in Lycamobile,Pinner.The shopkeeper charged £20 for ultimately no service -The Customer?s request was to RESTORE the 2nd hand iPhone to FACTORY SETTINGS & wipe clear of ALL previous DATA.The iPhone was NOT RESTORED AT ALL & all old settings & data still remain.Since yesterday, my friend has kept the phone in the condition returned to them, to show as proof to the shopkeeper.When the customer asked for a refund, the Shopkeeper refused & said: ?I understand, I understand..but we cannot provide a refund, we have provided the service?...If the phone were restored ( as the shopkeeper claims ) It would be Impossible for my friend to put all the data of the previous owner back on the phone, including all contacts, messages, numbers etc. The previous owner would?ve required access to the phone & a backup to restore all their private & personal data & settings.Certainly won?t be back again...very disappointed.

Took in my phone for repair on 23rd March. Shop closed down the next day. Impossible to get any answers to my phone calls or email asking for the return of my phone. Hours of business not advertised.

Originally I gave 1 star as the store keeper had manipulated me into joining lycamobile but I decided to change to three stars as Lycamobile has been decent. But to anyone going to this store be careful as they do try and trick you into paying for things you don't need or want.
