Quite a nice shop, and a charity shop. There are items to look at in the window, information board outside the shop, lots of clothes when you go in and look around, a section of books, some ornaments or works of Art. Quite a large selection. The shop seemed clean. It was spacious and interesting and the lady in the shop seemed nice and friendly.

Be warned.. there is one staff member who clearly has micro aggressive tendencies.. to ethnic groups.. having my day off from psychology profession.Attempting to give back to the community, I was met by pure hostility, simply because I wanted to transfer money from one account to another, which literally took Less than 2 mins.. all while be yelled at to pay immediately, on a card that I didn't want to. While asking the store attendent to be patient, and let me pay with another card. She demanded.. I make the payment. Before the machine timed out. Store assistances it's your job to provide customer service in a charity store.. not demand customer pay when you say so it's not a convenience.. so if you want treatment like this go to the store. There are other in the area, I went into prior to this purchase..who did not act this way speaks volumes.. luckily I didn't respond aggressively which was the desired. Affect the store clerk wanted.. no lady not today.

I was suprised to see how rude was the seller, in a charity should be more kind because they are suposed to help people in need. It was and old lady wich she was talking with me like i should appreciate her that i have the honor to go inside that shop.Is so unpleaseant to go shopping and the seller to treat you like you taking things for free, not that you pay for them. SHAME!!! If you dont want someone to ruin your day DONT go in that shop.

Even though this shop is a charity shop, the not so well off are put off by the pretentious so called manager, well over sixty who should know better. Probably lacks intelligence ? Its a charity shop for goodness sake not your own business. It does not stop me going in, but it's like you encounter this bad odour when you see her standing there. We don't need pompous people working in charity shops, we are living in a new age not the dark ages. The charity shops need vibrant non judgement young or mature people. The other charity shops in the area are brilliant x so welcoming you can browse in comfort.

I visited the shop in Pinner and made some purchases, I was accompanied by my sister in law who is here on holiday. We were very surprised at the way we were treated, we tried on a few items but were made to feel as if we were stealing. I haven't felt like that since the 1970s when people of colour were treated like that all the time. I have lived in Pinner for over 30 years and have never felt like that till today. I will not be going in there again and will be advising my friends not to visit that shop.

I absolutely loved this store when I first stumbled across it.Looks chic, items are beautiful and all the money is benefitting those in need.BUT after a few trips, I have been completely put off. The people wjo work there are so snooty and welcoming. The first time I went in, I was being very complimenting yet they just lopked down their nose. Then the last time I was in there, I was rushed whilst I witnessed another lady treated so unkindly. Please think about customer service and how much charity you are losing due to the lack of people skills.

Nice clothes but the boss is so pretentious it is uncomfortable and quite rude in her approach. She could be a lot more genuine and nice!

My partner and I had discovered this save the children charity shop sometime ago and now it has turned into a regular Saturday shopping experience. The shop has a wide range of fashionable contemporary clothing which are mainly unworn or brand-new.I found the staff to be welcoming and very friendly. I would highly recommend that you visit the shop in order to donate towards a good cause and pick up your boutique clothing.
