Incompetent and unfit to be a pharmacy. Took my prescription and my contact details, their phone is always non functional and when I went back after two days - "We don't usually do these prescriptions !" Humbug !! Stay away from them

called 23 time for antibiotics and no on pick up the phone. Visit the chemist and the cashier just stated we are busy. This is unacceptable.

Rude and incompetent staff!Went to pick up mine, my mothers and my sisters repeat prescriptions today. Prescriptions were poorly organised so much so, I had to do three separate visits and collect three different items all because the "pharmacists" said they were on different dates. If they could be bothered to look abit harder and check the name they would see there are multiple items on different dates, but this seems to be abit above their expertise.After receiving my items in puzzle pieces, I realised they have still left medication off. When I tried to call, and got through to someone, she was quite rude and abrupt and stated "if you let me off the phone, I can look in to it" and then proceeded to put the phone down on me.There is nothing to look in to, all they need to do is open their eyes.I have seen more organisation at a cattle farm. Avoid at all costs.

Worst service ever received. They just don?t care and have no problem showing it. Offensive, rude, disrespectful?? nothing good can be said about the people serving the customers in that place.

Really poor service to point of laziness as well as rude and complete disregard of patient health and safety. i think staff should find other jobs which are not patient facing

Had an appt booked for Flu vaccine on 02.01.23 @ 2:30 only to arrive at the pharmacy and it be closed! The opening hours for that day were 10am-2pm as per the sign on the door. Surely if they know that have people booked in for a vaccine after they had closed, they would ring them to rearrange????!! But no, they don?t

Such poor organisation from this pharmacy! Had my flu vaccine booked for today only to turn up, fill out my form, wait 10 mins and then be told they have run out of flu vaccines! Why couldn?t they have called to let me know so I wouldn?t have bothered wasting my time and money getting here. Will be avoiding this pharmacy in future and suggest you confirm and call them before you go in also.

No keyholder to open up at 9am on Saturday 1st October. They opened at 9:50am with no less than a 40 minute delay for covid vaccines, so I abandoned the appointment. Lots of older people waiting around and being inconvenienced. Suggest you use Healthways Pharmacy382 Rayners Ln, Rayners Lane, Harrow, Pinner instead as it seems a much better choice.

I am registered with this pharmacy for my NHS prescriptions delivery. There have been issues with their prescription delivery service before, and each time they apologized and found excuses.I am currently sick with Covid. On 22nd September, the NHS 111 service sent my electronic prescription for an urgent Covid medication to Eastcote Pharmacy for expedited home delivery. I was expecting it to be delivered on the same day, but did not receive it. I called them on the following day, Friday, 23rd September and once again explained the urgency. It has been 24 hours since they received my electronic prescription. They refused to honor the urgency and said they will deliver it on Saturday, 24th September.I waited until 16:30 on Saturday, 24th September, and as there was no delivery, I called them again. The line was either constantly busy, or no one picked up the phone. I kept trying to get through until 5pm, but without any luck.They closed at 5pm on Saturday. My urgent Covid medication was not delivered! Now they will open only on Monday. I am left without the medication for another 48 hours. On Monday it will be 96 hours since they received the electronic prescription from the NHS 111 Covid helpline.I will be filing a complaint with NHS England and The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.

I came in here to get my baby's medication. Tired and exhausted with a sick baby. I was met with rude staff, no compassion and i was told to mix the babies own Amoxicillin as it would take 10 mins for them to do so. When i said i would wait, the staff rolled their eyes... like i was inconveniencing them. To top it off the other medication i was dispensed literally expires soon. Staff was too lazy to change it. Never again. I thought i was supporting a local pharmacy. Better to go to boots or sainsburies.
