This Costa is wonderful in every way. The staff are so very helpful and kind. It is our favourite cafe in Pinner. Please do not close it. It's the only cafe that makes our latte exactly how we like it. The Costa coffee taste is unmatched.

The whole team are fantastic...led by a passionate and friendly manager along with Dipak the assistant manager. The food and drinks are well made. Great atmosphere and always a pleasure to visit. Highly recommend. It's a shame I now work in London Bridge as I won't have the daily pleasure of chatting with the team.

Ordered coffee and croissant for delivery. Only coffee in bag - no notice or attempt at replacing the croissant. Terrible.

Fantastic staff, cosy ambience and great drinks.This lovely Costa coffee branch is welcoming and the staff are super friendly.I would definitely go back.. loads of seating and loads of delights on offer.

Above average for a Costa Coffee. Tucked away under the bridge it's easy to forget it's here. Pinner also has a Nero's and Starbucks plus some really good independent cafes. When the independents are closed I think Costa has the best coffee, but this, of course, is a matter of taste.

Terrible customer service l. All the staff are rude and unfriendly. Never service with a smile. Don't listen to your order either. Absolutely terrible all staff need replacing asap. Also never any vegan whip everytime I ask for the past 9months, display food not labelled properly and half the signs are backwards. Can't even see the allergy advise. Never seen a place like it. DO NOT RECOMMEND at least until the staff are replaced.

Wouldn't order any cakes here again. The banana loaf [I think it was] or some loaf cake that I ordered was dry and crumbly.

The staff here are lovely. Very attentive and friendly when serving and paying particular attention to customers with needs. Taking their coffee over, chatting for a while. Lovely.
