I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. I requested a replacement bun, as the one served was burned. The staff responded with, ?That?s how we do it, you can ask anyone here,? which felt dismissive. I was simply there to enjoy a coffee and a bun, not to debate preparation methods & not ask another customer here!
As a customer, I shouldn?t be expected to know how your oven works. When I asked for a replacement or a refund, on 2nd bun I was instead shown how the oven operates. After about 20 seconds, I asked them to stop it, and the response I got was, ?I thought you wanted to see how it cooks!??which was frustrating.
I hope this feedback helps improve the complete service going forward!

The lady at Costa - Eastcote is very rude, she always refuses us to eat in. Even when we are there before 4.30pm. I?m not happy with the services but my daughters love Costa. We won?t be going to Costa in eastcote unless we don?t have an option.

Lady behind Til on Sunday 6th April Very Rude, Refused to give her name for some reason.. refused too let me pay some cash, some card at first. After I reminded her I do this at EVERY Costa I?ve been too, she moaned that it costs ?her? company more to do it, which has never been a problem before.
Bad experience, feel like I was judged , go too Ruislip Manor instead, trust me!

Today I popped in to get a Coffee, the lady before me was impatient with the lady serving. She was very unpleasant to Kirstina the girl who served me , the crap the staff get is appalling.

Delivery order gone bad. Very bad experience as they wrote on receipt that they only had one egg mushroom bap but they offered no refund and gave no other item in exchange which happens at other cafes. So basically I?m charged for two baps of which I only received one and perhaps the other one is eaten by staff as how would I know if it?s true that there is only one bap when no offer of £4.30 is given or alternatively priced item. I think I should stick to local coffee shops from now on for trustworthy delivery. Happens with Costa before where full delivery has not been given but full money taken !
