I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. I requested a replacement bun, as the one served was burned. The staff responded with, “That’s how we do it, you can ask anyone here,” which felt dismissive. The lady at Costa - Eastcote is very rude, she always refuses us to eat in. Even when we are there before 4.30pm. I’m not happy with the services but my daughters love Costa. We won’t be going to Costa in eastcote unless we don’t have an option.
