The main issue is hygiene. The seats are so dirty and stained you wouldn't want to seat on them. Overall, it could be cleaner and more welcoming.

I bought a drink from a woman named ?Nidhi? and it was honestly the worst experience I?ve had at costa. The drink was vile and had clumps in it, so I politely asked her to change the drink or at least make the same one without the weird syrup. She was very rude and condescending, after a few minutes of arguing that I should just take the weird drink back and leave as it was apparently store policy? she eventually made it again but kept slamming the cups and lids on the table in the process. Very strange behaviour.

Staff could be more friendly, and if you come an hour before closing time, they only want to give you a paper cup.

Very rude staff member name beginning with N , asian female . We ordered coffees by delivery, all 3 were wrong when we opened the stapled bag on delivery and my large was 3/4 full! I live in Ruislip but went to the shop in Rayners Lane . She got defensive and argumentive when i showed her the order and tried to blame the people who took the order, then the delivery man and then looking at me as if I drank it! Rude girl! Badly needs retraining at least! Also needs educating that the customer is important and without the customer, she would not have a job!!! The rude one was working with a trainee girl ( who was polite) . The trainee assured me that it WASN'T her who made the coffees. It was the rude one who messed up the order. My first and last time in Rayners Lane Costa!!

First time I?ve been. Multiple people just hogging tables, not having bought anything, laptops plugged in multiple screens. Drunk guy asking people for money while in the queue and allowed to do so. Paper cups only, even when sitting in, having paid £5 for a small coffee. Staff polite,but loud when not serving customers. Overall not relaxing for paying customers, but great for freeloaders.

I visit many cafes. But this is the first time I see such a Costa. The girls are rude, they communicate in their own languages, and they are not interested in the staff, no matter what, I ask to eat inside, they give me takeaway every time. the service is terrible. Please change the workers.

I had never been to Costa before and used to go to those local cafes that serve better coffee. Since I moved to Rayners Lane area, I go to costa cz there?s almost no other cafes. I usually get fruit bubbles and cappuccino. Their fruit bubbles are tasteless. The amount of their regular cappuccino is less than its price. Some of the more comfortable chairs are stained and dirty. Tables, too, not properly cleaned most often. Wouldn?t dare order anything else apart from coffee because of their poor hygiene.
But I like the environment. The baristas are friendly if they?re in the mood. If not, they wouldn?t care to greet.
