The staff are excellent and the drinks are quite varied to suit all tastes. I particularly like a large extra hot latte, and this branch of Nerro do it best.

I had referred to my friend about the app. As per the offer we both get 2 drink vouchers. Neither of us got a single. When we asked the member of staff about it, she was clueless. Instead of resolving the issue, she told me, ? I don?t know and I cannot help.? And then she went off the counter literally ignoring me as if I was begging for a free coffee. This was a terrible experience and I never thought that I?d be served in this manner at Nero.

Quiet and very comfortable seats/sofas. Olde worlde, lovely pictures on the walls and the history of the beginnings of the cafe chain are told on the walls.

My kind of coffee compared to the competitors but sadly service especially in regards to the table & cleaning of the tables, is letting it down, it's a self-service " DIY".
